For the first time in my life, I actually ENJOY working out -- all because of the staff and facilities at Motion4Life! My trainer, Dave, strikes the perfect balance of pushing me past my comfort zone while accommodating my various physical constraints. He tailors my workouts so I never get bored and I'm always progressing to the next level. Highly recommend!!

I have always been active, including sports, yard work, and even other gyms (that I never stuck with), however once I hit middle age, some unexpected health issues still caught up with me mid 2017. The timing must have been right, because my neighbor Sherri was talking about a new gym getting ready to open, then I saw the ad for their open house. Once I took the tour I knew it was for me and I haven't looked back. My personal trainer, Dave, has focused on all the right points, including strengthening my core to making sure I am always using the correct form and posture. I tell everyone "this is the best money I have ever spent on my health". Love this place!

I was looking for a place to go after my hip surgery and I am very glad I took the time to stop in and visit. I took advantage of the free 2 week trial and officially joined by the end of the first week. It has been everything I hoped it would be. I highly recommend this gym to anyone-all ages and all fitness levels. Go and join- you will be happy you did!

From the first day I started, I was treated like family and encouraged to keep going even when I wanted to quit. Members and staff alike are supportive. The workouts are challenging and vary often so you donβt get bored. They do not rely on machines and we sometimes play games. The trainers are knowledgeable. My last Dr report was all positive!! That hadnβt happened for awhile. After coming here for a year, I do not plan to stop!

Once I passed my fiftieth birthday, I started seeing a decline in my strength and overall physical well being. I knew I should join a gym and work with a personal trainer but was too intimidated by the atmosphere in the "big box" gyms. Thankfully, I discovered Motion4Life Fitness. Conveniently located just north of 146th Street on Gray Road between Carmel and Westfield. Beautiful spa like facility with state of the art equipment. Personal trainers with four year degrees. Exercise programs are designed specifically for each individual based on their goals and take into account any health issues. In the seven months that I have been working out, I have gained strength and confidence and an overall improvement in my health and mental outlook.

This has been a wonderful experience so far! A very warm welcome when you first walk into this state of the art facility! The trainer reviewed my paperwork and was able to do an assessment that was easy for me to do (and pushed me a bit). I have Multiple Sclerosis and I felt very confident and comfortable here. Thanks so much for creating a place like this!!

I was never interested in checking out a gym membership until I discovered Motion4Life. I have been recommending it to everyone I know. The staff is very knowledgeable and upbeat but also encouraging and never make you feel like you should have gone to a gym 10 years ago! I have back issues that are always taken into account with any workout. It is making a difference in my mobility and I am excited to see where it will take me.

Motion 4 life fitness is a excellent place to have a personal trainer choose a exercise plan suitable for you and your needs/capabilities. They guide you in using proper form when exercising so as to benefit you the most. They go out of their way to keep each visit interesting and upbeat. They also offer nutritional consult which was great. And they provide massages via massage therapist who does a fantastic job. All staff are well educated in their areas of interest.
