Love MOUV.... classes are challenging in the best way. Instructors are knowledgeable, personable, and motivational! Jen is my favorite! Her classes have a great flow that just work well for me. I attend classes weekly at Mouv and it’s been nothing but a great experience each time! Bella is skilled, attentive and always motivating. She’s a great instructor & not to mention, has the best playlist!!
I truly feel like I progress a little more each week and every session challenges me in the best way. The studio is clean, welcoming & intimate. As a beginner at Pilates, I do feel this studio is a good fit for any fitness level depending on the class.

I stopped in on Sarah's reformer class during my visit to NWI. I loved the space. It's quaint with infinite mirrors... the lighting and sound were perfect for deep focus... Sarah had a fun playlist and killer class planned for a mixed abilities class. The community was kind and supportive as well. I'd highly recommend attending this studio. From a background in weight lifting, I was nervous when it was recommended by my physical therapist to start pilates. The first class I took was with Jen. Coming in brand new she never made me feel uncomfortable, unwelcome or incapable. She has the best, positive energy, gives clear instructions and continuously challenges you in each class. I have continued to and look forward to taking her class every week and can already notice a difference in how it is benefiting me. I highly recommend the reformer classes, especially with Jen!

Love this studio! I joined a month ago and have been taking 5 classes a week because I got totally hooked after the first class. I have never done Pilates before I was super nervous about the reformer especially. I am so glad I decided to try because I am feeling stronger and more confident with every class! Mouv has completely changed my outlook on working out! I have had memberships to gym’s all my life, and never had the motivation. These classes give me motivation, encouragement, and a feeling of a health community. I absolutely love the classes with Maddy! While she encourages us to give it our all she also ends making you feel calm and centered. Her workouts are so innovative and I learn something new every class.

Absolutely love coming here to take classes! Running has always been my escape when it came to fitness but due to an injury I have been forced to find a new form of movement. Doing reformer classes at Mouv has really helped me adjust to no longer being able to run and has made me so much stronger physically and mentally!
All the instructors are wonderful and each offer a unique different style of pilates reformer classes. I particularly love going to Julie's classes. She challenges you every class and makes sure to adjust your movements to make sure you getting the most out of every exercise!

Mouv Pilates Studio has quickly become one of my favorite places to move, strengthen, and recharge. The quality of instruction here is outstanding, and the community is warm and inclusive. I especially want to recognize two incredible instructors: Julie and Sarah.
Julie’s classes are a standout for her keen attention to form and alignment. She has a remarkable ability to spot even the smallest adjustments that make a huge difference in how an exercise feels and works. Julie is also incredibly encouraging, creating a supportive space where you feel safe to challenge yourself. She’s thoughtful in adapting movements for different abilities and injuries, which has made a big difference in my practice and confidence.
Sarah brings such a powerful combination of strength and mindfulness to both her reformer Pilates and vinyasa yoga classes. Her deep understanding of movement and yoga philosophy adds an extra layer to her teaching that’s hard to find elsewhere. Sarah’s classes leave me feeling strong, balanced, and more connected to my body every time.

I absolutely love Mouv! The studio provides a kind and uplifting environment, welcoming to all :) I attended my first class in November and have been obsessed ever since! I frequently take classes with Sarah, Maddy, and Julie. I love that Sarah has a monthly routine that you can feel yourself improve on each week. It’s definitely challenging at the beginning of the month but it’s so empowering to feel yourself grow each week. I take her class every Monday and it’s a great start to my week! Maddy is SO sweet and always pushes you to do your best. She is a great teacher and often works with you one on one to correct movements and answer questions. Julie’s classes are high energy and fast paced which I LOVE. She’s welcoming and helps with modifications for each individual student!
All in all, I can’t say enough good things about Mouv. So happy to be a member at this studio :)
