I loved the jump classes with Hannah and Vanessa, and the slow flow with Emily. Looking forward to trying more!

Want to send a huge Thank you to Vanessa and Ashley for making my daughter’s bachelorette party such an awesome way to start the day. We did a 2 hour “Fit & Floral” the Bridal party made their own flower arrangements with the cutest vases and then did a jump class that was awesome to start their day! Thank you for making wonderful memories for the girls!!!

Great studio with a wide variety of classes across both rooms, with options for all fitness levels and genders. The space is bright, stylish, and perfect for a quick photo before or after class. They also host lots of membership events that make it feel like a true community. Vanessa, the owner, goes above and beyond to make members feel welcome and appreciated. Plus, the studio pups, Roo and Dain, are always an added treat. My favorite classes are Triple Threat and Power Reformer.

MVMT House has changed my life for the better and I am in the best shape of my life after coming here for the last 9 months. The reformer classes are chill yet challenging, held in an inviting, cute, and intimate space. I genuinely enjoy going to classes (which is a first for me when going to the gym), and all the instructors are beyond welcoming. Check it out!

This studio has such a welcoming and friendly environment. They definitely care for everyone who steps into the studio and make the effort to make you feel comfortable & excited to try out all the class formats. I really appreciate the variety of classes that they offer with both a reformer and mat room!

I just took Yoga Spice with Allie and it was the perfect blend of juicy, stretchy flow with muscle shaking strength. Plus, her playlist was SO good! I highly recommend Allie, and truly any class, at MVMT House. This studio has it all - fiery classes, immaculate vibes, and an unparalleled community. What are you waiting for?? Get your booty there!!

MVMT House is like if your dream boutique studio, your favorite playlist, and your most supportive hype squad had a very flexible, very core-strong baby. 🧘‍♀️✨

The community is warm and welcoming and a huge part of that is Vanessa, the owner. She makes everyone feel seen, supported, and celebrated. Whether it’s your first class or your fiftieth, she (and her perfect two doggos, Dain and Roo) greets you with the kind of energy that instantly makes you feel like you belong (and like maybe you can hold that plank for five more seconds, which is really ten).

The workouts:
💥 Pilates Reformer – These classes are next-level. Expect to shake, sweat, and silently question how something so slow can burn that much.
🎉 Rebounding – Yes, you’re jumping on mini trampolines. Yes, it’s the most fun cardio ever. Yes, your inner child is THRIVING. Just try it.
🔥 Mat Classes – Sneaky burn. These full-body workouts mix sculpting moves with fun, dancey vibes that somehow make your glutes cry and smile at the same time.

Come for the classes. Stay for the people and that post-class feeling of, “Yep—I definitely earned a glass of wine.” 🍷💪

Awesome locally owned gym offering unique class styles you won’t find elsewhere. I love that each instructor brings their own voice and style to coaching so that it never feels cookie cutter or like you’re at a franchise studio. It’s clear that Vanessa, the owner, is deeply invested in the quality of the product and cares about her clients’ experience. I’m excited to see this space continue to grow and evolve!

MVMT House is truly one of a kind. The moment you walk in, the vibe is different—intentional, elevated, and inspiring. It’s more than just a workout space; it’s a full experience. The aesthetic alone makes you want to lock in and show up as your best self. The workouts? Top tier. Every session is purposeful and challenging in the best way.

But what really sets MVMT apart is the community. Their commitment to building something real in Indy shows in everything they do—from the trainers to the events to the coworking space that naturally brings people together. It’s a place that not only pushes your body but feeds your mind and spirit too.

If you’re looking for a place to grow, connect, and move with intention—this is it.

Simply the best!! The classes are SO FUN! If you’ve never tried What the Jump, you absolutely have to! All of the instructors are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Vanessa is the best at helping you with any questions or concerns. Every time I come to workout, I leave in a better mood. It’s like hanging out with my friends while getting my butt kicked. Could not recommend more!!

I bought a week pass and have tried two classes so far. I have taken one power reformer class with Angie & an assets class with Vanessa. Despite the classes being group classes, I felt like the instructors were still able to give form corrections and modifications as needed. Both classes were hard, but had great music so you focused less on how much your muscles were burning.

It is a really welcoming environment and I would highly recommend to anyone who loves Pilates and functional strength training or just wants to try a new workout! I can’t wait to try What the Jump!

As an FYI, for those with phobias or allergies, there are two sweet pups in the lobby, but they are not in the workout rooms during sessions.

We love MVMT house! It’s so nice to have access to a range of classes:
Reformer pilates, mat pilates, spicy yoga, jump, & Trx. The studio is a vibe, and I love the natural light in the mat room. On Saturdays, we pre-order Sidedoor bagels and eat them in the lobby while having coffee with friends from class. Workout classes are so much more fun when you have a community like this.

For years have been waiting for Factory Arts to be developed and couldn’t be happier with MVMT house opening in the neighborhood. A locally woman-owned business, built by friends and family from a dream and the passion of Vanessa. And on top of all that, the classes will kick your butt. Have only taken the mat and TRX based classes, but hear good reviews from the Reformer side as well!

I joined MVMT house as a member when they opened and I have been loving it! They have multiple evening class options, which is my preferred time to attend. Ample Reformer offerings and they are the only place in town I’ve found with trampoline classes! Before MVMT house I thought I was going to have to join a studio with only one type of offering (barre only, Reformer only, etc). But at MVMT I get to have it all!

This space is beautiful! It’s a brand new studio that has reformer Pilates, yoga/ more mat classes and rebounding classes. I tried Pilates and yoga with Joanna because she’s my favorite teacher ❤️ They also have coffee or tea. If you’re looking to pet sweet dogs, Roo and Dane are there.
