When I tell people I've started Crossfit, I often get concerned looks. They fear that I'm about to have my body and soul crushed by intense, unrelenting workouts. But Myriad doesn't do that! They use a Level method and every session has workouts designed to meet you at the level you're at. The staff are experienced and caring. I feel like I'm in good hands

Would strongly recommend joining! I did the Myriad 6 Week HYROX Training Series and also ran the HYROX Simulation race.

Jared, Marta, Shane, and the whole team make it a very inviting community. I appreciated the intentionality they put into programming the 6 weeks to help prepare me for the simulation race.

I plan to run an official HYROX event, and what I learned in their class and sim race (rules, technique for each of the 8 stations, what you're penalized on, etc.) will go a long way.

I've done crossfit for about 6 years and loved my first gym but it ended up closing. It took a second to find a gym that I loved and has coaches who actually coach and help me improve my form.

I knew during my first class I had picked the rigth gym, I felt like I was coached more in that one class than I had been over the last year at a different gym.

I absolutely love this gym. The classes are amazing—different styles of yoga, intense CrossFit workouts, and even karate. But what really makes it special is the environment. It’s clean, well-organized, and has such a good vibe. The people here are super friendly and supportive, which makes all the difference. Honestly, even in bigger cities, it’s tough to find a gym with this much variety and such a positive community. Fingers crossed for Chinese Kung Fu one day!

The Myriad team really cares about everyone who come through their doors. They are extremely thoughtful and intentional about everything they do, and I really, really appreciate that. I’ve been to a handful of CrossFit gyms over the years, and nobody does it like Myriad.

Myriad checks all of the boxes for me when it comes to finding the best gym. Their class schedule is robust (I rely on a calendar / schedule). Their class offerings is robust (go to yoga!). Their staff is friendly and super helpful.

Myriad almost ruined future CrossFit gyms for me, because there is no way that I will ever be able to find another gym that is as inclusive, team-building, and welcoming as the crew at Myriad. I can start by saying that I am from a place where I did not feel included, a part of the team, or welcome. I had that same expectation upon moving to Indianapolis. I wanted to–with tunnel vision–get through school and hurriedly move on to the next chapter, and I am eternally grateful that the coaches and fellow members here wouldn't let me. Myriad took this turtle out of his shell... or at least made it a little roomier, and I carry that with me today. If you want to get in to fitness but you are scared of being judged or if you feel that you could never "do that crazy stuff," I encourage you to sit down with one of the awesome coaches at Myriad to see what you might be missing. I don't know what I would've done for the last two years without my Myriad family, and they said the same thing to me.

I’ve been a member of this community for about 8 or 9 years… through expansions, transitions to new facilities, rebranding, changes in programming, addition of new classes, new scheduling, coaching, and members (and a bunch of my own life changes). Through these years and changes, here’s what remains 100% constant and predictable: outstanding leadership, the coaching staff has always been knowledgeable, motivated, approachable, and dedicated to helping me reach my goals (even as they change), the programming is always outstanding, and I’ve never doubted whether it is efficient, and the environment is always motivating and welcoming. I’ve stepped away briefly to explore new gyms and programs with friends, but always come back to myriad. Ive been able to achieve fitness goals I never would have imagined possible at certain points of my life, but also have been able to maintain great levels of fitness when life limits how much time and energy I can spend fitnessing. It is a place anyone will feel welcome and will be able to achieve their personal fitness goals.

This place is literally a "life saver." When I walked in the door the first time, I had the same apprehensive feelings about working out in a group environment. The Myriad staff immediately puts you at ease with a welcoming hand. They live by the motto: "You Do YOU" and will scale workouts to your own ability. The community aspect is the best part of this bootcamp class. People are super encouraging to others often cheering us slower folks on as we finish the workouts. Lastly, I do not believe I would have survived my heart attack had I not been a loyal, frequent member at this special place.

The overall experience at Myriad Health and Fitness is fabulous. It is a great example of a business that is clear on its mission, purpose and values and strives to live those on a daily basis. The member community is very supportive of one another and the resulting atmosphere is fun and motivating in which to work out. Myriad is such a fun and vibrant community! I did.a month drop in at the CrossFit gym and was welcomed (by name) from day one. The coaches are intentional with making you feel welcome. I also appreciate them working with me to make a month drop in possible (that meant anlot to me).In terms of programming, I noticed that there were a lot of agility warm-ups during the classes, which I appreciated. I have been a member for a long time. Primarily because I always feel welcome. I do not consider myself an athlete since I am not the athletic type. However, Naptown Fitness does. Whether due to my excess weight or general lack of physical ability everything in classes has always been able to modified, where needed. However, I have NEVER been treated differently by anyone because of modifications. I cannot say that same thing for other gyms. Naptown Fitness meets you where you are and improves on your abilities.

Over the years I have found the sense of community has helped me in body, mind, and spirit. Gym members, staff and owners have helped me during some rough times and celebrated successes with me. Not all of my growth has come from the fact that I can now do a parallel squat or eat healthier. I know if I reach out to the community in times of need someone will answer and provide encouragement.

This is a quality place, started by quality people, and staffed by quality professionals.

This place is the best. The coaches are friendly, helpful, but mostly patient. They make sure that you take your time and don't rush anything. They were very articulate with directions and really care about your individual goals. It's more than a gym, it's a family. You make connections with people instantly. Naptown Fitness has become an integral part of my life since joining a couple years ago. The community is fantastic and I’ve met some great people there. The programming and workouts are amazing for getting you in the best shape possible. They do a good job at making workouts accessible to all fitness levels and take out the intimidation factor of it by appropriately scaling things to fit your abilities, while also pushing you to do things you never thought were possible! A five star rating just isn't high enough for Myriad Health + Fitness. This program, especially the yoga studio, has quite literally changed my life! I joined Myriad Yoga (FKA Practice Indie Yoga) in early 2019 and haven't looked back since. I have always wanted to deepen my yoga practice and become a yoga teacher, and because of the high quality teaching staff and programs, I am now a yoga teacher! Do yourself a favor and check out their high quality programs and staff. This is truly a community, not just another gym!

I was looking for a way to get quick results and Myriad was it! I was able to tone up and really improve the way I looked in just a couple of months. But Myriad, as it turned out, had so much more to offer. In addition to the CrossFit and Boot Camp classes that keep me strong and fit, I have been introduced to yoga and rowing classes. I read a review from another member that said to go here if you want results and I, wholeheartedly, agree. It is more than just a gym; it is a community of great coaches, owners, and members. I have gotten so much more out of my membership than I could have imagined.

Naptown is awesome. The coaches are awesome, helpful, and very caring. While I certainly have my favorite coaches, I'd happily take a class from any on the roster.
I've been doing the SWIFT programming going on two years. Admittedly, I joined as a moral support tag-a-long for my partner. I had zero ambition to join a gym on my own. I'm glad I was dragged into Naptown; it has become an integral part of my weekly routine.
MOVE classes are quite possibly the best 45 minutes of my week.

It can be intimidating walking into a new gym not being in the best shape of your life, but NapTown SWIFT makes it easy! Everyone is encouraging and movements can be scaled to your fitness level. Naptown Fitness and their phenomenal SWIFT classes provide everything you could ask for in a workout. Each day is different and within 45 minutes you will focus on so many aspects of physical fitness: strength, endurance, cardiovascular activity, muscle toning and flexibility. Rather than the standard robotic like fitness classes you would find at a typical gym, the workouts are fun, dynamic and challenging. In just a few months of coming to Naptown Fitness I have seen tremendous gains in all aspects of my physical fitness. The environment augments the workout. It's a very collaborative, friendly environment where everyone is happy for their comrade's successes and strongly encourage each other to strive for their maximum results. I was tired of my big gym's classes and people - it was the same classes and routines for several years. I've been hooked since day 1 at SWIFT. The classes are social and interactive, but the best part is that everyone is super supportive of everyone else - no matter your skill level. The workouts are scaled to your abilities as well.

I have been going for several months and have not done the same workout twice. The instructors are always varying workouts, doing different stretches, and overall keeping us interested and having fun - while working really hard (You'll definitely leave sweaty!).

I love the 45 min classes. There is a warm-up and/or stretching, then they show and describe every movement in the workout so we know what to do and are using the proper technique.

Very friendly members and great coaches. The workouts are 45 min long with plenty of time to warm up and learn the technique of the moves. Yoga is also offered throughout the day! Located in downtown Indianapolis. Plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot. There are separate shower rooms in the men's and women's restrooms. Awesome gym!

I used to dread going to the gym after work until i was introduced to Naptown Swift. This is a workout that you won't find anywhere else. It is fun, challenging and something everyone can do. Swift is a 45-minute group workout that works the entire body. You will build strength, endurance and most importantly confidence. The coaches are upbeat, helpful and very knowledgeable. The environment is welcoming and down to earth. I also appreciate that they give back to the community.

A spin-off of sorts from Crossfit NapTown, NapTown Fitness offers 45min classes (which makes it easier to squeeze a workout in before or after work) focusing more on cardiovascular activities and flexibility, in combination with strength and form. They don't have a pure '1 rep max' lifting workout; you can leave that to CrossFit NapTown!

The location is convenient, there is plentiful parking, the building is clean and safe, with a lot of real estate to workout. The teachers, Leslie and Shannon, are upbeat, knowledgeable and have the ability to scale any workout to your level. Beginners are welcomed and not intimidated, yet, even seasoned athletes will be pushed the limit. Yoga is also offered in this location. If you are looking for a 45min workout that will challenge you both cardiovascular- and strength-wise, this is a great option. I believe they allow one free workout, so it's worth checking out.

I do not love going to the gym, and a “CrossFit” gym sounded even worse, so I was VERY hesitant when my wife suggested we check this place out. Three years later and we LOVE this community...it’s much much more than just a gym. Now with all of the virtual content that they have available, I can be a part of this community even without leaving home...it’s really helped during this quarantine time!!!

I had a wonderful drop-in experience from New York City! The staff is super nice and the customer service is definitely on point. I received timely email communication and phone calls checking in before my drop in reservation. If you are ever in Indianapolis I would definitely recommend visiting this gym. I took a CrossFit class.
