I have selected Mr. Odinga as my trainer approximately 18 month ago. Javan is very well trained and has the gift and skill to be able to develop a personalized program for each client. His knowledge of the anatomy and function of each muscle is impressive. Javan has a very positive attitude and he is reassuring me even when I feel the weight of age. His optimism is a strong. Working with him five days a week has given me a new sense of physical and psychological well being.

Full disclosure, Javan is my son-in-law! In addition to being a wonderful Dad and husband, Javan is an excellent trainer with a very big repertoire of exercises to address all aspects of fitness. His smile can convince you to try anything! He is very knowledgeable and always encouraging. He is the best!

Javan provides balanced physical training that addresses and improves all part of the body. He is sensitive to your limits but encourages reaching the limits in each session. He has excelent knowledge of body mechanics and uses that knowledge to build and guide the workout. He is encouraging. At the end a session the body is tired but there is always a sense of accomplishment and a thankfulness for the time and Javan's committment to me as a person.

I met Javan through a neighbor two years ago. I was very out of shape after spending several months recuperating from a bicycling accident. Now, 24 months later, I feel I am in better shape than I was 20 years ago. He listens to my goals and pushes me harder than I would push myself. A great trainer if you want to feel young again.

He is knowledgeable and cares about his clients and their individual needs. We have been meeting with him once a week for about one year now and our duet sessions are very worth it! I train with Javan twice a week and wouldn't trade that time for anything. Javan is a wonderful human being, has incredible patience and celebrates my achievements with me! Javan is a very great trainer. He is verry professional in his service delivery. Pays attention to every detail when training you. If you're getting started with your fitness journey, Javan will help you make it as easy as possible. He is also very friendly as a person, and I couldn't be happier with his service.
