I chose OPS for my post op physical therapy. It is convenient because it is located in the same building that Fort Wayne Orthopedics is in on 30 by Deputy.

Overall a positive experience but not without being a bit pressured.

My daughter was referred here from next door and right out of the gate we were very happy with the professionalism an care. That's an easy 5/5 stars.

I did not do my homework in seeing what her insurance covered and in the end, it turned out...nothing. It was applied to a deductible but that meant quite a bit out of pocket.

In the end what bothered me about the service and ultimate results we about 1/4 or 1/2 through I felt like she had stabilized and had some good exercises to work on from home. I told them that we felt good and weren't coming back but then was pressured into continuing to come. It's only in hindsight that I regret this and now I'm left with +$3000 in charges that probably would have been about $1000 had I stood stronger.

Again, great place. Great staff. Great service. Just be careful. Check what your insurance covers before starting treatment and when you want to be finished...be strong!

Excellent staff that takes pride in the facility which is demonstrated with how clean and organized they keep it. They do a great job with communication and commitment to each individual athlete. Highly recommend to all athletes!
