I started OTF in 2022 and never looked back. I love that all you have to do is bring a good attitude to your workout, the template does the rest! The coaches help make sure you have the right form and are generally happy to advise on any fitness related issues/questions. Bonus - itβs a fun and supportive community and you get used to seeing familiar friendly faces in any class you book.

If you need to start moving and require some external motivation, OTF is for you. The heart rate stuff is fine, don't think that it is somehow magic, it is not, but it is a nice guide. You get out what you put into it - lift heavier weights than what you are used to and run as fast as you can go - and if you make it a habit, your body will change. The staff is always friendly and it is really nice to travel and see and visit other studios. At the Andersonville location, the head coach Britt-Marie is enthusiastic and a delight even when the workout is really brutal.

Going to Orangetheory literally changed my life. Before this, I had tried many methods to lose weight but was unsuccessful every time, eventually losing interest. Orangetheory was different because I kept pushing myself, largely thanks to the amazing and incredibly motivating coaches and staff. I initially joined to lose weight, but I soon realized that being physically fit is far more important. A year ago, I couldn't run or jog even half a mile, but this Saturday, I'm participating in my first 10K race! I love going back because each class is unique, and the hour passes quickly. You just follow the coaches' instructions, and you'll notice gradual improvement. I'm so glad I found this community. The OT Fort Wayne community is incredible, helpful, and truly inspiring. If anyone is curious or hesitant about how it feels, they usually offer a free class to try. It doesnβt hurt to check it out, and who knows? It might be the perfect place to start/get back to your journey of fitness.

I can't begin to express how grateful I am to all of the staff at OTF. I'm a 55 year-old woman with multiple orthopedic issues and I've been out of any exercise routine for a year. I was really nervous about starting but everyone was so kind and helpful and completely put me at ease. I've done two classes so far and signed up for the Premier membership. The coaches (Megan and Cam) seemed to know me before I started and took care to watch out for me. They were incredibly encouraging and supportive. Class time flies by and it's hard to imagine that you've worked out for an hour when you're done (until the next day!!). Finally, I'm pretty indecisive and initially signed up for Elite then changed my mind. Everyone was extremely helpful and made the change simple for me. I wholeheartedly recommend.

If you want to challenge yourself this is the place. The coaches are outstanding. I encourage you to try a least one class. I also like the tempo and the variety of each workout. My husband and I absolutely love Orange Theory and recommend it to everyone we know! I was really hesitant about trying it out at first because Iβd never taken classes before and didnβt really like to exercise. These classes have honestly changed my entire attitude.
The coaches and staff have been so welcoming and awesome at explaining things. They are also great at helping you modify any exercises due to physical limitations.
Iβve been going since October 2020 and have seen great results in my day to day health and happiness, Orange Theory has become a really needed part of my weekly routine.
If youβre hesitant or nervous I recommend taking the plunge and trying out a class. The whole environment is supportive and welcoming and the classes are honestly a lot of fun!

Iβm 33 years old and I run a six and a half minute mile now thanks to OTF! Thatβs the fastest Iβve ran a mile since I was 17 years old! They continue to push me in ways I never thought possible.When I started orange theory 5 months ago I would work out 3-4 days per week and feel like I had to have a break every third day. Now, 5 months in I work out a minimum of 6 days a week and will, without thinking, string together 10-14 days of classes in a row! Poorly managed studio. All they care about is the almighty dollar. Owner verbally committed to sponsorship, βlostβ my emails twice, and is having her employees just now reach out to me a year later. Studio called me wanting to know if I wanted to reinstate my membership!! The audacity. Manager spoke to me as if I didnβt know who the owner was & confused her with another employee. Not the first time I know theyβve had issues with sponsorship/donations for charity.

If you're looking for the gym that becomes your family this place is for you. The staff and coaches will know you by name. The workouts take any complications out of going to the gym. The staff was cool but the owner isnβt very cool. She tried to connect with me about being a personal trainer/group fitness instructor at OTF then tried to persuade me to be a client. Itβs all on Facebook on there site. The Indy OTF seems well run and are good workouts. They do try to convince you that you need to join and make you pay if you miss a class even on your free trial class which might not be for everyone. I know people who love it and that is very cool. I also know people who are very motivated on their own which works too.
Lastly donβt forget to ask what certification your group instructor has whether itβs from ACE or a personal training cert from NASM or ACSM. Most people donβt ask enough of those questions.
Also if you want consistency and weight loss goals doing the package for 4 or 8 sessions a month might not be enough to get results. You might have to purchase the unlimited package which I believe is somewhere between $120-150 a month. Again if you are already motivated it might be more economical to get a good gym membership and watch your diet which is where 80% of results come from anyway.
Iβd also do research on Mixed Martial Arts, Krav Maga, Title Boxing, UFC Gym, Club Pilates, Cross Fit, Group Fitness Classes at gyms like Lifetime, Burn Boot Camp, Barre, and 9 Round. I think FW only had few of the oneβs listed but try 1 or 2 of those then decide if OTF is for you being well informed.

I like that it's not your typical "meathead" gym environment. We're all here to better ourselves and support each other. You're competing against who you were yesterday, not someone else. I work out for free at a gym closer to my home in the '07 but originally gave Orange Theory a shot to help my wife win one of the monthly giveaways. Five months later I'm still going to OTF and it's been great! The coaches are all fantastic, the music and vibe of the place is energizing, and if you give it a shot, you'll likely be hooked by the end of your first workout.

I am very pleased with the variety of exercises offered; and how they are designed to target every muscle in the body. I love the way the classes are set up, half cardio and half strength/weight training. The fact that you can visit everyday of the week, and not over work any particular muscle is pretty amazing. I LOVE Orangetheory because the class times are schedule friendly, the coaches are super motivating, the cost is reasonable, during travel you can visit other studios if available, and most importantly I feel GREAT after each session.

Seriously motivating. This group is for those who struggle creating their own workout plan. You just simply show up and do what they tell you to!! It's not easy physically, but it's easy to go back!!
