Everything about Orange Theory- West Lafayette is next level. The associates, coaches, and community make waking up to workout something I look forward toβ¦ and I strongly dislike working out. I know I need to and itβs good for me; however, dating back to high school athlete days Iβve never enjoyed it. Who knew in my 40s Iβd come to love it with the right people and at the right place! Iβve tried nearly all varieties of workout studios - Barr, Soul Cycle, Pilates. Bootcamps- they just werenβt my jam. Somehow the HIIT style workout, specifically the OTF workout is it for me. Or maybe itβs the people. Either way, Iβm drinking the koolaid and LOVE IT!

I love how each class is different! You get a great workout in and the classes are designed for you to focus on yourself and not have to worry about anyone else. Listening to your body is key in these classes and the coaches help you do that. I also really like that the workouts are already planned for you so all you have to do is show up and try your best! I love orange theory and keep recommending it to all my friends and family!!

The most fun I have every day. Listen to great music while putting your body through the necessary paces to remain mobile (60m HIIT training). More expensive than a gym membership, but less than private coaching. You can expect coaches that care about your journey. Just show up and let the work happen. I tried the free workout back in 2019. There was no hard sale at all. I've been working out since, getting faster & stronger every time.

I've been a member of OTF West Lafayette for several years now but have taken a few unplanned breaks due to injuries and a pandemic. I always have come back though because no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't recreate the quality of the workout at home. Amazing Training Facility, the instructor and staff are amazing and helpful. They keep you motivated, push you to workout during the sessions.
The only thing I dislike about the Orange theory is their booking system and 8-hour cancellation policy. Atleast on my opinion, for me it didn't work well. I had to miss classes a lot, because of work and other reasons.
If your schedule is always fixed, and u can make time always to attend your scheduled classes, then OTF is best !

I love OTF because it makes me do things I would not normally do at the gym on my own. You'll never see me pick up a set of weights voluntarily. I'm a cardio girl. So it's nice getting some muscles in my arms and so forth that I didn't have before. Plus I like the atmosphere.

Great workout. Really makes you do things and work out areas you wouldn't normally focus on (at least in my case). Plus I love that someone is holding you accountable. I am a bit competitive so I like beating the person next to me whether they know we are in a race or not. I leave there exhausted and can feel the work out for the next 2-3 days, which is great in my book!

Very vibrant and welcoming place for workout. Guests with any fitness level feel comfortable from Day 1, the intensity of the workout is adjusted to everyone's personal level and yet you can workout in a group. The coaches are awesome, always motivating and correcting your form and posture. Each workout is about 1 hour long divided broadly in 3 parts (treadmill, rowing, weights). Each day the workouts change and you never repeat the same sequence of exercises. The best part is you just have to present yourself there and the rest is taken care by the coaches.

I really like the workout you receive when you workout with Orange Theory. However, the core heart rate monitor is inaccurate at best and stops working when I am on the treadmill (works with the rower and the weight floor). I have repeatedly brought this to the attention of the front desk gals. The girls offered tips, suggestions, shocked the pod, and removed a piece of tape from the battery compartment. However, the assistant manager's answer was a simple and thoughtless, "I don't know" and offered no help. I was not pleased with her attitude which is too bad because I love everything else about the workout.

OTF West Lafayette has motivated me in to the best shape of the last 20+ years. As member of the Armed Forces I have to stay in decent physical shape. After working out here for 5 months I have increased my score on the APFT by 39 points, (setting a personal best), and dropped 3% body fat. I can't thank the coaches and staff here enough. They just motivate you to push yourself a little harder each time, and that has made a world of difference in my workouts.

I had occasion to call in for some information, and talked with a young lady named Wynter. She was so helpful and pleasant on the phone. I am elderly (75), so I don't know if this will work for me, but customer service is of utmost importance, and she answered all my questions. I could hear the smile in her voice. I will try it out!
