I have done personal training with Patrick for over 4 years and he is the best. Since I have been working out with him I have had at least two injuries (unrelated to personal training). After those injuries, Patrick worked with me to make the necessary modifications to my workout to ensure I did not sustain any further injury, but also made sure I was getting a challenging workout.
After COVID, Patrick started coming to my home to do training with my teenage daughter and me. Even though we did not have a ton of home gym equipment he also made sure we had a good full body workout. I have a Maltipoo dog that absolutely fell in love with
Patrick and his home visits. Patrick would carry my dog around most of our workout because she would not leave him alone. So not only is Patrick an awesome trainer, but he is truly a nice guy who cares about his clients well-being.

Working with Pat has been incredible over the last several months. I began a journey towards physical health about 9 months ago and really hit a wall with progress halfway through. I cannot recommend EFS more. I have years of experience working out with personal trainers and Pat exceeds my expectations. Due to COVID I have been reluctant to go to gyms so finding someone willing to come to my house, make use of the equipment I already have, bring anything else needed, and provide a great workout each and every time has been amazing. Pat is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and a genuinely caring person. He has tailored my workouts to my goals and even includes diet guidance as well as supplemental workouts when I’m on my own. It’s so nice to get everything and more out of a personal training coach right in my own home. It’s making me motivated to use my equipment more often -even when he isn’t here - because I’m seeing the results thanks to him. 5 star coach!

Been working with Pat for about 3 months now and it’s been great. I have bad knees due to an injury, and Pat has customized my workout to help me regain a lot of strength in my legs, as well as build and tone my upper body. He’s even given us some advice on healthier eating habits, which we desperately need.
The workout is unique to everyone, and I’ve done a lot of new exercises I would’ve never thought of doing before. I really enjoy the range of exercises I can do with just some dumbbells and TRX bands. It’s surprising!
The fact that he comes to your house is a huge benefit because I’m terrible about going to gyms. The workouts are great and I’m usually exhausted after 45 minutes, which is perfect. In addition to losing weight, I feel a lot more toned and stronger than before which is ultimately what I wanted to achieve.
I highly recommend working with Pat. He’s a great trainer and coach, and is highly knowledgeable about physical fitness in general.
