If you need someone to keep you accountable for your weight loss, and someone who will make sure that you meet your goals Phil is that person. He makes sure that you are staying on track without making you feel bad about yourself if you have an off day. Because of him and his encouragement I am down 26lbs total so far, and I'm still going.

I was very hesitant to go to a male trainer. I've always had women trainers. I looked at reviews and met him in person and felt comfortable enough to try him. Phil kept it professional and challenged me. He keeps a really good balance between chit-chat and work time and has a knack for keeping me on track to get as much training in as wee could in the hour. Knows what he's talking about! He introduced a "new to me" type of strength training which I have come to really enjoy. I seek out time to workout as opposed to dreading it. Phil, that is really invaluable to me, thanks!

Unbelievable!!! My life has been forever changed because of this man and his love for helping people change their life. I contacted Phil about weight training as I don’t know much about it and all the info I gleaned from the internet was to much and confusing, one guy says cardio is good and the next guy says cardio is bad. I needed someone to hear my goals and give me a program to help get me there. I never used a trainer before and it can be a little intimidating as I thought they would be unimpressed with someone that’s not fit and trim. I was wrong, Phil met me at my level and the first thing we did was talk about habits and goals. He walked through each exercise with me and explained that form is more important than using lots of weight. He also gave suggestions on everyday living, like posture and lifting heavy things. Not only is Phil great at weight training and nutrition but he is a great guy.

Phil is a great trainer and I truly recommend him as your trainer. In less than 6 months, I hit my goals easily and Phil was dedicated to my success and was always on time, ready to rock, and wasted no time. Phil's knowledge, dedication, and passion into fitness shows up during the session. Being my first personal training, I was skeptical about the investment, but it is worth every penny! Lastly, Phil does not push on you to sell the training. Phil is highly regarded in the area and his schedule is pretty packed! Most importantly, Phil is a personable and a humorous guy! I am not going to miss your leg day for sure LOL!

I worked remotely with Phil and he really knows what he’s doing. Not only is the program personalized for my goals and what I have at home to work out with but he also messages me over the fitness app to keep me motivated and engaged. The app is easy to use and even shows videos of how to use the equipment and correctly perform the exercise. Results don’t come after one day of use (obviously) but working with Phil has shown me faster results than other trainers I’ve tried in my area. It also helps that I can workout on my own time since I work with him remotely. 10/10 would recommend.

By far the best personal trainer I have ever had!! Phil pays attention to detail and focuses on correct form. He modifies exercises when needed (eg., due to prior surgery or injury). As a 50+ year old female Phil trains appropriately for my age and my fitness goals, and I definitely see and feel the results. Of course you get out of it what you put into it; thankfully Phil is motivating and challenging and fun. He also provides sound nutritional guidance and stresses the importance of fitness especially as we age. For me training with Phil goes beyond exercise - it is an investment in my healthcare and my future. Thanks Phil!!

Phil is one of those rare authentic personal trainer, or I rather call him a friend now after training with him for almost one year. What I loved the most of him is that he has a notebook for each of his clients, he is always prepared for each sessions's workouts, takes notes of your achievements and compares it with his plan and your past scores! I've been training with Phil for about a month. I've already dropped several pounds and I feel incredible. Phil encourages you intentionally and pushes you to push yourself. I often feel like I'm his only client and I always feel like I'm treated with dignity and personal attention. This guy knows his stuff inside and out. He's the real deal.
