Finally. I’ve found an exercise regimen that works for me.
In and out in 30 minutes, makes it sooo easy to fit into my schedule.
Although the scale doesn’t reflect it, I can tell the difference in how my clothes fit.
And a bonus. My son who is on the autism spectrum likes it too.

I came here hoping to get stronger for my 68 years! All the coaches are fantastic and will modify any of the moves for those of us with bad knees/bad shoulders. I didn't think I could do it, yet 150 sessions in & I am stronger and can do so much more than I imagined. All the people here are great & extremely supportive and encouraging. I am not a huge gym rat fan, but this is more like a family. I would recommend anyone to give it a try.

Going here has been the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. It’s huge for both my mental and physical health. The gym itself is great and clean, the workouts are always different and work the whole body, the coaches are all great energy and get to know you and what you are capable of - truly 1:1 training in a group setting, and those working out with you are all so welcoming, encouraging, and friendly. I still find myself getting sore at some point every week, and I have been a member for 1.5 years. Highly recommend!

Feeling very positive on my journey with Fit Body have been 8 times and have lost 6 lbs the owner Jen is very hands on in her coaching along with the rest of her staff. I'm only a few weeks in and I am loving it!! I can't say enough great things about this place! From the moment I signed up, I felt welcomed, supported, and motivated. The coaches are so nice, knowledgeable and seem genuinely passionate about helping you reach your goals. They offer feedback, encouragement and push you to do your best through every workout! I also love how they celebrate every win, big or small. It is such a positive and encouraging atmosphere.

I have never been a person that enjoys working out. I'm intimidated by the gym because I often don't feel like I know how to use the equipment correctly.
Fitbody Boot Camp has changed all of that for me.
I actually enjoy coming here and look forward to my workouts. The coaching staff are all amazing and have such a positive energy. I love that they know me by name and help encourage me to push myself. I always can rely on them to help me correct my form if I'm doing something incorrectly.
Beyond the staff, the other members are just fantastic. There are all ages and fitness levels here and it makes me feel welcomed and as though I've found a place to belong.
These workouts are challenging, but I've learned that I can do anything for 30 minutes! I've gained confidence and a better mindset since joining.

I was stuck knowing I needed to do something for
myself physically and mentally and Plainfield Commons Fit Body Boot Boot Camp kept showing up in my feeds on social media. They had a special running I couldn’t pass up so I built up enough courage to finally go. I told myself if I didn’t fit in (I have gained a lot of weight the past couple years and am horribly out of shape) I would just go once and oh well. I am SO HAPPY I WENT! Not only is Jennifer, the owner, absolutely welcoming when I arrived so were the other individuals there to work out. It was so much less intimidating because they genuinely want you to have an amazing workout but also encourage you throughout. Jennifer was there to great me my first day, walked me thru the building and how the session would go. I was placed in a small group to go through the stations with which helped a lot. I could watch what my group mates were doing if I was lost, they would also help me
With alternative ways to do the exercise (because hello I’m so out of shape) or Jennifer was there to help. She or one of the other trainers really go around to make sure you are doing the exercises properly so you get maximum benefit working the target muscle groups but more importantly with proper form so it’s safe for you. It’s like having your own private trainer without having the pressure of being on your own because you have a small group you are working with. You really feel like you accomplished an amazing work out when you leave. The exercises are just what I needed as the next day I can feel in my body the exact muscles the workout was targeting. I am proud of myself for working out and being sore because I know I pushed myself, worked out hard. I smile as the soreness is a reminder I can do hard things and I am making a difference in my body. Oh! And they switch up the work outs each time I have gone in so it is not repetitive or boring at all. You will also receive emails with exercise suggestions to do at home, recipes, important info as well as a Facebook group invite to keep you motivated. I look forward to going to work out now and that is an amazing feeling!

I joined the 6 week fitness and heath program mainly for accountability, but find I really enjoy the workout and atmosphere. The coaches and members are great! No judgements, only encouragement. No workout is the same. They are quick (30 minutes) but challenging and modifications are encouraged for different fitness levels. The coaches work with you to make sure your form is good so no injuries. There is no time to get bored, before you know it you are done. All of the coaches have been welcoming & fun! I typically do not feel comfortable going to gyms or workout classes because i have a fear of being judged. I do not feel like this at Fit Body and I actually look forward to going to my workouts now! The other members are very nice and encouraging as well!! Highly recommend!!!

Joining Fit Body Bootcamp was one of the best decisions I have made for myself. I am 54 years old and was very intimidated with any kind of strength training. The coaches are so helpful and encouraging and the members are always there to cheer each other on! Check out a session and I guarantee this place is something you will want to be a part of!

Best thing I’ve done for myself in a long time! I originally joined because I needed motivation to workout, winters are hard for me. Not only have I been feeling stronger but also have noticed how much of a mood lifter working out really is. I enjoy the family and community at Fitbody Plainfield. All the coaches are very friendly and really care about me getting to my goals. Every 30 minute workout challenges me but I never regret it. If you’re reading this, you need to come and try it out.
