Happy with the cleanliness, organization, and friendliness of the staff.

My ONLY complaint is the 30 minute workout area. As someone who uses the room as intended, it's upsetting that everyday I have to pause my workout, or skip machines because people want to randomly go in there and do supersets with workout partners completely negating the rooms intended purpose by interrupting others doing the circuit. No staff polices the area as the sign inside specifies.

I've always enjoyed PF because of this room specifically. Might have to go elsewhere if this trend continues.

Overall convenient place to train. Not as large as surrounding locations so it can feel “busy” because of this. Clean and respectful gym.

However, yesterday’s interaction with an employee left a bitter taste in my mouth. I showed up in socks/crocs, a crutch, and a small backpack to carry my essentials around. On my last set on a chest press machine, an employee approached me with such a non-understanding point of view. He kindly let me know that crocs were not allowed in the gym and that I need to lock the bag up next time. When pointing towards my crutch he lead with, “I don’t know if it’s your ankle… or your foot?” to which I informed him of being 3 weeks post-op of an ACL reconstruction. He then told me that next time I will have to come in different shoes and suggested I try to have someone help me put my shoes on. I kept it cordial and thanked him for his informing. What upsets me is this employee was not wanting to start a conversation, just wanting to offer correction. I will not spend the mental energy in person to someone that it currently hurts to pivot my foot around in a shoe with a backing. I am trying my best to navigate around this recovery journey — apologies for not locking up my backpack. I have a bottle, car keys, wallet, PT materials, and headphones. I absolutely need something to carry everything as I’m limited with one hand on a crutch.

I don’t mind the enforcing of corporate rules for liability; but this interaction that lacked any sort of understanding has me staying away. I’ll take myself back to crunch, powerlifting gyms, and other PF locations — at least these spaces don’t seem to care how I choose to train. Jokes on me for thinking this location of planet fitness, a “judgement free” zone is an okay place to practice PT for my surgery knee.

I was excited to get the okay from my physical therapist to go back to a gym to do PT and train chest/back.

Anyways, it’s a good facility with the needed equipment to get a good workout in. I will be seeking more understanding spaces.

The Gym is clean, well equipped and I liked it until when one white man violated my privacy when I was using restroom and yelling at me in a disrespectful manner ( not racial but I had to mention who did it) I reported him to the two gentlemen staff and they ignored me then one of them said they can’t do anything about it! This PF is clean. The staff keeps it neat. Doesn't open until 5am Monday so difficult for that early Monday workout. Machines are compact but not so much that you feel closed in with this next to you. Many machines to accommodate a large number of people which is nice. Don't have to wait to use any machines or benches.

Lots of nice equipment to get a workout in. However the ceiling is absolutely disgusting with probably an inch of dust built up and even “stalagmites” of dust hanging from the ceiling in some areas up to 2’ long. I spoke with a regional manager about it a couple months ago and they blamed the landlord of all people! Probably not the best for your health.

Wow! Long, long story short I have had a membership but never actually went because I am terrible at follow through. I made myself go today and was very self conscious. I haven't worked out in forever and are working getting comfortable with myself. The super kind employee helped me out, made me feel totally comfortable and answered all of my questions. I wish I had gotten her name; she was petite, had dark hair, and had a new employee badge. When I left no less than three employees made a point to say goodbye, encouraged me, and also learned they loved cats! Seriously, this place was exceptionally clean, quiet, and I am actually looking forward to going back again. Thanks!

We like going for the variety of equipment and affordable membership fees. Equipment is in good shape and there are plenty of machines for everyone. We only gave 4 stars due to the equipment often being dirty and sticky, the amount of dust in the ceiling beams is kinda gross, and the staff isn't very friendly. Smaller gym then most planet fitness. Needs some equipment repairs. Has several pieces with signs on them saying broken will repair soon. But weeks have went by without repair. They also have issues with people going in and using hydrobeds without using the schedule sign in. But instead of telling the people to stop using the equipment so the scheduled person can use it, they allow them to stay in it and make the person who followed the rules wait? Happened several times to me so far at this location.

I just had the worst experience I have ever had at this gym. I have workout here over 100 times and in addition to the Westfield location. So I was in and check in, and the front desk lady stops me and my friend. She starts to say I am not allowed to have the membership I have. I have had this membership for about 4 months and go nearly every day, never been stopped. All I am trying to is better my health and body. She continues to say she is taking away my membership. I plead her to let us go and she finally gives in. My buddy and I start our workout and everything’s going well until we get to the cables. We start and this guy comes over and continues to tell my buddy he is doing to much wait. Stop. He has no place to say that and walk away. We are younger so just come over and help. Throughout the rest of the workout there are a few guys that just stair at us. I have never had an experience like this and I may not be coming back. Thank you

Very clean. I used to go to LA Fitness, where I enjoyed lifting heavy weights. However, as I get older, lifting heavy is not as important. I enjoy the cleanliness of PF. N large dust bunnies rolling around the floor, as at LA F. They staff is often dusting and mopping.

I was looking forward to starting at 5:00 am since I've had an opening in my schedule for that time, only to find that the hours are 6am-10pm (which I need to be finishing up at 6). It's so hard to work out in the evenings due to the large crowds, making it almost impossible to use the equipment you want, even more so now that the free teen summers are available. I read other reviews and it says to look at the website for current hours but the website doesn't match what's posted in the actual gym.

This place is pretty filthy. Dust mites, trash, hair, nails all over the floors. Gnarly. Bathrooms don’t smell clean and toilet stalls are gross. Staff usually chilling on their phones at the front. Opening Hours aren’t as consistent as you would hope in the early mornings which is why I joined was to come in early mornings. This place is not managed well. I have been going to Planet Fitness Brownsburg since January this year. I have gotten into a routine only to find out that they are going to temporary hours next week which means they will not be opening until 6:00am on Tuesday - Friday. This is definitely a problem for me and I will probably have to cancel my membership. When I started my membership, I was told that they open at 5:00am on Mondays and open 24 hours a day on Tuesday - Friday.

I've been here every day for the past month and a half from day shift to night shift the staff is amazing. This place is awful. Hours are always fluctuating, the gym is never clean, they expect staff to work sick, they leave woman staff to watch the gym alone early in the morning and late at night, the manager is never there, the bathrooms are always a disaster, trash is never taken out, and there is normally only 1 staff member and when they are actually walking around doing something else then we as members have to wait to tan and use black card perks which I pay extra to have. This place is ridiculous!

I recently joined Planet Fitness as a member for the first time. There is a wide array of weight and cardio machines, which all appear fairly new. Their machines are supposed to connect to the Life Fitness app to track your workouts, but I've had issues getting the app to actually connect to the machines. For me, I gave them 5 stars based on the monthly price for a membership. I appreciate their commitment to maintaining affordable memberships.

Okay, it's really not that bad! This location is nice, clean and friendly. I'm always welcomed when I walk in and when I walk out, they are always telling to have a good night or day. I only chose the $10/month membership for now and Brownsburg is really the only place I go through so that's why I chose it and on a budget right now. It's a sweet deal by the way! Showers and locker room are clean so that's a plus. If you decide to go, make sure you watch when people are there and when they are not. I'm the type of person who is not a big fan of crowds and getting off at 4 at work and going in, there is a lot of people. Mornings are good. But if you enjoy the crowd, then there ya go.
