I travel a lot and have a black card for that reason. Ive been to this facility a number of times, but every time it annoys me. This gym does not take care of its equipment. There are always items missing from the cables machines, or broken. You can tell the machines have not been kept up. I understand the people using the equipment shoukd be more respectful, but things can be kept up better. The locker room is typically clean and the floors are kept up.

I love this gym with the new equipment, but literally anyone can just walk right in LOL 1:25p on a Sunday and not a single soul is paying attention upfront.

Nice facility. Clean. Plenty of updated equipment. Definitely NOT judgement free though. I do not recommend this location if you don’t have a thick skin. I was very loudly and very obviously laughed at by two employees at the front desk. Sooo embarrassing. I tried to brush it off, but about 10 minutes into my workout I was near tears and simply stopped to cancel my membership. My workout partner ended up going back inside to do the same. Neither of the girls apologized, one girl did not even bother to turn around to acknowledge either of us. I wasn’t even angry at that point, just embarrassed and sad. It can feel very vulnerable to be overweight and to come first thing in the morning, not fully awake, no makeup, messy hair…. Nothing but kindness and respect from other members A couple of the employees though apparently need more training about the judgement free thing, and maybe some empathy and awareness about how their behavior can really affect others. I feel silly being so affected by mean girl behavior at my age, but here we are. I took a chance, but I will NEVER workout in public again. Two thumbs down Planet Fitness.

Stopped in to use the bathroom and grab a massage on my way through town. Bathrooms were clean. Massage chairs are coin operated and look VERY heavily worn. They didn't look comfortable or relaxing in the slightest. Gave off such medieval
torture vibes that I returned the tokens and did not even sit down. Not at all like the other chairs at every other PF I've visited.

Trucks can't park in the front lot area anymore. The owner of the parking lot/Plaza has installed roped signs stating "No Trucks with Trailer Parking" on the whole front lot. This does not make any sense since all truck drivers are PF Black Card members and should be treated just like PF members that get to park their cars in the parking lot. Ridiculous.

My first visit today….. Very Friendly staff. Two bars on the crowd meter is surprisingly crowded for 9am but the spa amenities were available without any wait (light therapy, massage chairs/bed) Gym was clean and had no smell. No one was slamming weights or screaming. Love that they are open 24/7 so No complaints.

It’s been going downhill in there… the smell is terrible in it’s been for 3weeks now… trash cans full and over flowing paper towels empty no one going around to check them… this is the one closer to my house but I’m going to start taking that drive to the New Haven location because I can’t anymore. Very disappointing.

I give it a one star because I, a minor, faced a very uncomfortable encounter of being followed around the gym by another member, (who they already had complaints about) and being put in a very unsafe situation. The man proceeded to pull his car right next to mine and make the gun hand gesture at me. When I called to complain directly after I got home that day, they said that they would put a note on his account, reporting suspicious behavior. My mother then went back a couple weeks later to ask about it, they said that they would give her a call or an email about the situation and what they would do about it. She received nothing. The employees here lack proactivity when it comes to the safety of their own members, even minors such as myself. The fact that the man’s account was already flagged and they knew who he was shows that he should’ve been banned a long time ago. My mom and I decided to cancel our membership due to lack of safety.

I gave 3 stars cause didn’t seem to receive a warm welcome here. I’m not used to planet fitness so my friend sent me a guest pass but apparently if they’re not with you, you have to buy a membership. When I asked if there’s a trial period to use pf, this short girl said “no •_•”. Didn’t really answer needed questions either. Equipment inside is nice though .

I hope planet fitness does well, but they need to get rid of a few policies that are likely to turn into class actions. Mainly, needing to be at your home location to cancel service, while also charging you months after payments were declined. I paid up, but I've received checks in the mail for class action lawsuits that were over things much less than this.

This location is one of the smaller floor plans, but well maintained.
The machines are new.
Having the laydown Hydro bed is a huge plus, since tall people do not get the full effect on the hydro lounges.

This PF is very disappointing. They aren't open 24 hours on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. They have a hard time with the manager, which makes it difficult to keep employees, which results in the doors not being open at 6 on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

I’ve visited this PF location many times and had a great experience, however yesterday there were teenagers hanging out in groups just socializing and not working out. Also, teenagers sitting on the treadmills. There were entirely too many young teenagers in there at once. The staff looked like there were pretty young as well and seemed to not care.

We really haven't had any bad experiences at any of the planet fitness locations! My only suggestion is to maybe color code the different black card options like the tanning beds, and massage beds! I have gone to different locations and they assume I want a tan. I dont always say hydro and apparently this is confusing to them and I. So maybe change the colors to coordinate with the sign in sheet because they all look the same. Thanks!

Home. Tanning with options for lotions by the packet or bottle with eye protection, total body inhancememt with tanning, massages, workout clothing/accessories and equipment. Even options with tables couches and chairs for relaxation. Adult friendly!

Super nice PF! It’s clearly very new, it’s very nice and clean, and there is quite a bit more space than I expected. I did go around 10pm and there were maybe 6-8 other people in there, but I can imaging it being crowded during earlier hours. Did not utilize the spa this trip, but it looked like a little exclusive VIP section that was every enticing - maybe next time!

Inexpensive, clean, the best employees, free training with a great trainer. I can't imagine going anywhere else. If there's a negative, it would be the training schedule. It isn't conducive to all work schedules & way too many new member & design DYOP slots every day. They take too much time away from people who actually want to be trained. Once a day at different intervals during the week would be sufficient to cover all work schedules. Not that many people sign up for them.

I come to this gym several times a week. Most of the facility is clean except the men's locker room, restroom, showers, and changing stalls. I can tell they are not actually cleaning these in a daily basis because there was a was of hair stuck to the wall of one of the showers a few days ago that is still here today. I've mentioned this to employees before and nothing gets done. I also completed a survey a few months back, and after that the problem got better for a while. Now it's worse than ever. I don't think this is a staffing problem since the last few times I've been here in the evening there's been 2 (a guy and girl) working...

It was a rough start with employees not knowing that if you are the parent signing up your kid you don't need ID for that child to have a membership at age 16. And some other miscommunications but they were very helpful in resolving the issues. And we feel it is a great place to be free to exercise in peace no one really pays any attention to anyone else.

The hours on the app for this location did not match the hours they were actually open on New Years day. Opened the app, which they make you download instead of using a key card now. The hours on the app said 24 hours for New Years day today. Got there and got on a treadmill to be informed that they close in 5 minutes. They did have it posted that they close at 7pm inside the facility but nobody would know that until they get there. Specifically checked the app before I went to check the hours and it did not match. Unacceptable and they should put the correct hours on the app. Thank Planet Fitness. Highly considering a new gym.
