Needs a better control of the parking lot snow removal. Very dangerous. If landlords are not doing it give out the landlord number so members can complain. Also needs some shades on windows it’s miserable in early morning sun in your face, ridiculous! Do better

Rude teenager at the gym told me people are complaining about my “cough” and said I “ had to cut it out” didn’t know anything of my medical condition. I thought this was a judgment free zone? Apparently not.
Also. Very frustrating when the place is never open on time on weekends. If you work all week and can’t make it to the gym. Bad news. This place can’t be counted on for weekends either. All bad really

The worst Planet Fitness I've been to out of 4 locations. Machines are old and outdated. For example, bicep curl machine is too low and hurts your arm just to lift it up, too much range of motion just to get it to curl - all other locations have the pad horizontal but at this locations is diagonal pointing down for some reason. Smith machines come down too fast, could actually kill someone. Good gym size, but it also smells bad in here - like old people's houses.

I was really impressed today with this PF because I let them know of a repair needed in a machine, nothing major just a rip in the fabric that made using the machine a little uncomfortable, and a week later it was fixed. Really appreciate that!

I really enjoy your gym. I love the staff and the trainer is fantastic! However, the heat is blasting 24 hours a day. It is now summer, and the heat continues to blow. As soon as you walk in the front doors, it hits you like a ton of bricks. I often feel nauseous while working out because of it. I’m going to consider looking elsewhere if this continues. Very disappointing. NOONE comes here to break into a sweat before their workout even begins. When I’ve spoken to the desk about it, I've been told they get numerous complaints and they’ve reported it themselves but have zero control. Seems like a giant waste of money and complete lack of concern for patrons desires and well being.

It's clean, they have plenty of treadmills. You just have to check the busy times because the weights are always occupied and the small section where you can do some stretching is usually full. This gym only gives you the basic machines, you'll have to do other exercises at home.

Clean place, greet you coming n in n out n helpful staff. A lil crowded since the place is smaller than the average PF. But, ppl have good gym etiquette of getting there sets done n moving on instead of doing 10 or 20 sets of the same thing or being on the phone or socializing n taking forever. N it's a good vibe. No bike rack! Asked several times and they just keep stalling. Today no heat. If you have no control over your business due to building owner hire a lawyer or move! Send out an email or something next time telling members there is no heat! Ridiculous!

By far thee best Planet Fitness I’ve been to!!! Honestly I bypass 4 other PF just to come here. This gym is ALWAYS clean, bright, friendly staff and smells clean. The air ventilation is great, it never smells like a gym. The staff here really does an amazing job. I really enjoy coming here. Keep up the amazing work!!!
