They are unfriendly and rude. No one will help me use the machines. They forced me to buy a lock for a locker, and they cut it off and wouldn't give me my money back and blamed for them not telling me that I wasn't allowed to leave the lock on the locker. The temperature is way too hot to be working out. They took my picture, and the next visit told me they didn't take my picture and forced me to take another picture. I had to ask for a tour, and the female gave me an attitude because I asked for a tour. They forced me to give them my routing and bank account and card information. Why do they need the overkill ? Are they planning to rob my account ? Perobly. I was so excited and happy to join , and now I'm in a deep depression because of how disrespectful they are. The app doesn't help to download. It is not user-friendly. It doesn't even have all the machines on the app . The app is a mess. It says I checked in more times than I have actually checked in. Do yourself a favor. Don't download the app, and don't become a member.

I would have given this place a five star rating except being a top member when to end to use the tanning beds add some lady that I had never seen there before give me a really hard time made me scan my card several times enter all into the computer like it was the first time I was ever to tan there. When I had tanned there often. Made me select the bed on the touch screen twice go through this big survey about my skin and then after it's all done and she's rude to me because and I would just wanted to run in and tan real quick and it's never been a big deal you just asked him to set the bed or whatever you want scan your card one time. And can jump in the tanning bed. Then after I'm finally all done with her shenanigans and rudeness she wouldn't let me tan refuse me and sent me away because I didn't have my own goggles with me. What I know they could have lent me a pair that they had. It had been offered to me before when I didn't bring my own goggles extremely rude and refused me to use the services that I pay for. It made me almost want to change Gyms because of it! I carry my goggles in my purse now. She acted like she was some sort of supervisor maybe from another gym I don't know. They need to get rid of her I encounter her again and she is rude and puts me through all that 5 minutes trying to just get the tanning bed set so I can go tan which I pay for and then hatefully with pleasure sending me out of there because I didn't have my goggles with me. A little bit power happy I guess. It's like the new law the making you take your ID out of your wallet to scan the back to buy a pack of cigarettes when you're 50 years old. Which would be okay if it wasn't for her snotty attitude and making me fill out an extremely long survey about my skin when I had been there and tan there many times. She made me feel like I didn't belong there and I shouldn't be there like I wasn't good enough for their gym.

I have decided to cancel my membership with Planet fitness, I hired the Black membership that allows you to have a guest. Currently my mom is visiting for a few days so I made her my guest so she could exercise, we took turns, while I took care of my babies she went to the gym and vice versa, but they denied her entry multiple times, until I didn’t see the point in paying for my membership if I couldn’t occupy it, it’s funny because I went to cancel it the same day they didn’t let her in, and the gym was empty while all the staff talked at the reception.

My mom tried to explain to the man that I couldn’t go because I was taking care of my babies and the man showed no interest in understanding. He said I have to go.

Oh and don’t answer me that I can communicate with planet fitness and blah blah blah🙄, it’s obvious that you’re not interested in your customers.

I hope you pay attention to your staff.

The female manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. She has singled me out and has decided to bully me twice now. My account was 15 days overdue,unknown to me and she told me it had to be paid next time or i would not be able to come in. I have checked with the other planet fitnesses and this is un-true, there is a grace period. I have decided I will pay my balance and will not be coming back directly because of how uncomfortable I feel in the managers presense. You can tell this lady is a problem due to how depressed and miserable the rest of the staff look. It's unfortunate I have to drive an extra 10 minutes to the other gym.

When I first signed up at this facility it seemed pretty dead and employee turnover seemed high. Recently, it seems to be pretty busy, I like to see that. The employees I've met have always been nice. The only thing I would like to see changed is some upgraded equipment. Some of the other facilities have upgraded, hopefully this one will soon. 🙂

Not crowded. Pretty clean. Inexpensive. Enough equipment. No harassment that I’ve experienced (from other gym members not employees. I’ve never had any problems with PF employees but I have stopped going to certain gyms due to uncomfortable environment). They have everything you need if you just want to mind your own business and workout and leave. If you want classes or trainers, I would not recommend it obviously.

Best value in the industry. I belong to several gyms including newer ones DT Indy and I prefer Planet Fitness!!!I lost 84 lbs at Planet fitness in 9 months. That's only $90. I recently had a gym quite me nearly $2000 to lose 18 lbs!!! Said it would take 6 months!!!

I love Planet Fitness, but this location is the worst location. The staff is really rude. And when you walk in the general managers usually standing at the front a lot of the times not one time is she ever says hello or makes me feel welcome. I’ve also been a member for over a year and her other associate is very rude. There’s been a couple times that our paychecks have fall a day after when our balance is due and any other, Planet Fitness will let us in and they help me out with getting my balance corrected with the late fee. This place flat out says we can’t do anything? She says it’s policy well I’m pretty sure it’s policy not to have your kids behind the counter. This is like the fourth time I’ve seen her kids in there with her at her job While she’s working on the clock. I set up at the front, waiting for somebody for five minutes one day, and the only people behind the counter were the kids. I’ve been a member for two years and I had to turn around and go back home because I owe $25 and it was 1 day late, so I recommend you go to another location you’ll have a lot better service the Night Shift is usually really good at this location never really had a problem it’s the dayshift. Just very snooty upfront and remind you me and my husband both have been a member for almost a year and a half and I personally feel like I’m being discriminated against but I’m entitled to my own opinion I’ve observed them talking and being really friendly with other Black card members so that’s my review for this location.

I have a spinalcord injury and I Need to sit on a shower chair when I shower. When going to a new location I Usually I check to see if there is a handycapped shower " With" a shower chair. This time I did not and was Unable to shower after my workout.
*ADA laws require At least one shower be handycap accessible WITH a shower chair. Not just grab bars. One of the sinks were backed up with several inches of dirty water. There were bits and pieces of stuff that people have left behind that have Not been picked up off the floor. Going from machine to machine I noticed both the dried sweat marks "Grose" And the several days if not weeks of dust on the base. I was in here for over an hour and did not see any employees cleaning.
Reading Many previous reviews. It's Obvious the Non cleanliness issue has been a problem for a while. Most planet fitness are very clean With employees cleaning. Not here.
Glad I'm just passg by.

I've been to a lot of Planet Fitness locations. This is definitely the dirtiest. 4 out 5 of the hand sanitizer stations I went to were empty. Had to walk through the whole place to find a paper towel dispenser that had paper towels in it and when I found one the disinfectant bottle was almost empty. Trash all over the locker room and nothing appeared to be cleaned well. Person behind the counter didn't greet me when I walked in, just kept scrolling on her phone. Plenty others in the area so won't be back to this one.

Overall i would say they keep clean and all that however they signed my wife up and when they did they made 2 accounts under her name after weeks they finally cancelled and refunded for the “duplicate” accountehich they say that’s technically impossible i dont know how it did that …but both accounts were to be cancelled at the same time on the same date but they didnt and charged me multiple times after totaling over 135$ when i noticed it was still being taken out i called numerous times to have a manager say my boss will call you back but she never does because she is never onsite or doesn’t have a number to call and then finally refunded 50$ (june 2nd)months after reaching out but still out of the rest of the money and just got off the phone and the manager says pls hold to talk to my boss and then hangs up and not a call back and when i call no answer
