Vary nice place but I was going to the one over by Avon and I stopped going for a while and when I came back my bill was 172 dollars and they won't even let me make another one but this one was nice you should go check it out vary clean place everyone was so nice and the atmosphere is amazing so go check it out but if you don't go for awhile cancel your membership because they will keep charging you check it out

The place is clean. Nice equipment. The price of membership is good. The employees are nice.
The membership cancelation is a mess and if a person has to cancel say 2 weeks into the month then they don't get to finish the rest of their time, they lose their money. Plus there's a certain date you have to cancel or your next payment comes over and you have to cancel at the Planet fitness where you signed up. Just a huge hassle on that part.
I have recommended Planet fitness.

Stopped here on my way to the airport. Dropped off by Uber. I Asked the girl at desk if I could put my suitcase behind the front desk while I worked out as it was a little too big for the locker. I said I’m not asking anyone to be responsible just didn’t want to leave it unattended in the locker room. It was an immediate no - against the “ rules “ and she doesn’t make the rules. When I asked to speak to someone who does make the rules she said they weren’t there. So, I dragged it around the floor while working out. Thanks for your helpful and reasonable “rules” that members must follow.

Horrible, legit changed my bank recently and didnt realize I needed to update in app. I then checked in and was yelled at that I have a past due amount and needed to leave. I kindly wanted to know why I couldn’t update payment. I then let the manager know I wasnt a fan of being yelled out and told to get out without even being asked to update payment. His response to me was “she said sorry, you dont need to keep bringing it up” when it was legit my first time telling him. He continued to be unprofessional so I decided to leave. I will be cancelling my membership and happily paying more to go to anytime fitness. They just needed to ask me to update payment not treat me like I was trying to skurt past them

It's a cheap place to go work out. The equipment is in good condition. I would like to see some additional pieces of equipment added, though. The bulbs in the tanning beds seem to be good, but the floors in the tanning rooms are always sticky no matter the time of day.
The app has a "crowd meter" to show how busy it is, but it isn't accurate. The "crowd meter" was at the 3rd mark out of 10. After telling the guy at the desk that I didn't think it would be so busy by what the app showed, he just nodded and said there were over 100 people there. He recommended times when its not so busy. All the equipment and benches by the dumbells were full, and all the treadmills were being used. A lot of the stand-alone equipment was being used as well.
PF makes it difficult to cancel a membership. You either have to go in person to the location you started the membership or write a letter to corporate to cancel.

Have been going here for a few years now. Staff doesn't enforce any rules, ever. I see Bluetooth speakers being played loud enough you can hear over the headphones on your head, I see people sitting on limited equipment for long periods of time not working out, someone seems to always be talking on speaker phone, staff does not care. Place is decent enough. One out of two toilets should be working or at least flushing eternally. Equipment is decent. The place should invest more in machines that are taken constantly. They have the equipment, just not enough.

I’ve been a member for a few years and have never really enjoyed this facility always felt nasty after Covid hit but now I will never return after i come into cancel my membership, I just had surgery and have been trying to cancel my membership since Oct 2nd and I’ve sent a letter in the mail like they said just to get charged again today I’ve lost almost $100 to this shitty gym while trying to cancel a membership I cannot use for the next half a year of my life. It’s insane that I have to come in the gym in my wheelchair just to get this membership canceled absolutely ridiculous and I won’t ever come back after.

I guess aquatic fitness never occurred to Corporate, But oh well I guess we all can't be visionaries.

I do however find it strange that there's very few adults running this place, I do understand that there are teenagers that are really into fitness and are smart enough to handle certain positions but I wouldn't have a business like this where most of the clientele that come to the business are adults and about 90% of the employees are teens most of which are girls wearing tight clothes and would love nothing more than to accuse a grown man of sexual harassment or worse.

To me that setup is just a disaster waiting to happen, But that's just me I guess, Anyway I think those in corporate really should think about those they hire and what type of authority they allow those in management positions to have because surely they are smart enough to know that with power comes great responsibility.

Power also corrupts and sometimes those who are drunk on power and step over the lines of what that power allows them to control or what that job entails and that's when lawsuits are filed.

And bad things happen to certain people in power that do bad things to other people and think they can get away with it, These are just thoughts that run through my head, And I always like to remind people of the possibilities that could arise in certain situations before those things become a reality, Anyway I hope you do better.

And add a pool or whirlpool bath because Aquatic exercise is a perfect way to lose weight and very good for the skin.

This location has a wide variety of equipment which let's me do my entire workout at 1 place instead of having to go elsewhere every other day! Multiple copies of each machine and dumbell so even when I have to wait, it's not a long wait at all. Their black card spa is awesome too, red light therapy has helped with some of my scars healing and the hydro massages are outstanding! I can't recommend this location enough!

A fair selection of machines. Temperature is mild most days.
Freeweights are tied up during busy times. Many people spend their whole hour on the same bench. Staff needs to move them along. It's ridiculous.
My other two issues are that the people there during my normal times don't seem to want to wipe down their machines.
I put my legs in a swamp more than once last week. Nasty Nasty!
Make sure to look before you get on every machine, or you too will be sliding around on slimy padding.
I didn't see staff with any regular cleaning regiment.
It's up to you!

The other complaint is the number of electronic machines that are faulty. Fix them or ditch them!

For $10 you get what you pay for.
That's the only reason you get 3 stars instead of 2.

I'm a member, have been a member of PF for years. I use the clubs all over the country and have always been more than happy to pay the $5 fee for a day pass. Not at this location. These crooks wanted $20. I explained I was a member and $5 was what I always paid. Not here the guy at the desked said, your not in our franchise. I looked at the Planet Fitness logo on his shirt and the room painted purple and yellow and thought, he's just not worth my time. You should upgrade to a Black membership, the simpleton said as I left. I thought, No I should upgrade to a better franchise. LA Fitness here I come

I love coming to this location. It is super clean, the equipments are nice. The staff is attentive and super nice. I regret not visiting this location prior and making it my primary location. I have been going consistently and love the vibe there. I guess my constructive feedback would to have the smith machines more aligned to the mirrors, it would be really helpful to check for form while doing my workout. Also the women locker could use a full length mirror, the mirrors there don’t give the full picture and it’s only one main one outside the toilets. A lot of the girlies get ready there for work and everyone has to use that one small mirror. Lastly, it would be nice if we had a stock of toilet seat covers as we seem to always be out.
