Planet fitness is always nice. They have a nice building every single planet fitness I have been to is clean they have a machine and weights for every workout and a free trainer at certain times. It's super affordable and easy to join. The amenadies they provide such as a tanning bed red light therapy and multiple massage chairs are there for use by black cars members which you can obtain for 1 dollar and 24.99 every month after. There is a 49 dollar yearly fee that is typically charged a few months after joining. I love going and all the tanning beds are clean. The Madison location in Indiana has great tanning beds with new bulbs so be cautious if you burn easy.

I absolutely appreciate the employees there who are truly remarkable people for being respectful and transparent with others. I absolutely have made a buddy for life with my favorite woman Tammy and jo . The only thing I can do is talk them up to telling the hire up people through planet fitness we need desperately new tanning lotion options. I personally have been looking for a place to go to tan and regular exercise for me time.plus who doesn't love a gym with all these equipment and than a nice shower room for clean up. Especially if going work after! Absolutely was a great choice for me in november.and don't regret a beat 🪘

The younger crew in the evening seems bothered to help with any questions or sign ins. I don't mind people chillin on their phone but if someone comes up with a question.. put it down a moment.

This particular Planet fitness is in Madison, Indiana. We simply love it. It is extremely clean and they are particular. A better surprise was the trainer they provide. She is absolutely spectacular! Kind, caring about your road to fitness. The utmost if a professional. Noticed while we were with her that she has a woman on oxygen and a man that could barely walk. She treated them so well. One other woman said to me, you are going to love her she has helped me a lot. Plan on continuing and telling our friends about this trainer.

I had honestly been skeptical for quite some time, but hadn’t ever given PF a chance. Not a fan of purple either 😂

However, I was proved wrong on so many levels. Shout out to Mariah for really making me feel welcome! Her positive vibes made me feel so at ease. I have yet to get to know all of the other workers. She jumped right into showing my friend and me how everything worked and where everything was at. Made a great first impression to me of what PF claims to be all about. Also, the hydro massage was incredible. Will definitely be going regularly just for those soothing massages. My friend and I tried the 30-minute circuit and had so much fun with all of the different workouts and lifting involved. So, if you have been feeling like PF isn’t for you, I encourage you to check it out. (No, I’m not an employee or paid to advertise) I just went from very skeptical to very much impressed, and it’s possible you could have a similar experience.

A man gave me a iPad. Which I was having trouble filling out form for new membership. Then he and all staff left. I put pad down looked around by myself. After several people check in. A older lady gave me attention and assistance I needed. Even help with sign in next time. Bonuses for being a member. Much has change since I was there years ago. Like new machines.

It was a great experience when I went in and finished my membership. The policies, how to use certain equipment and the help that are offered during your workouts were explained during the tour including the message chair and tanning. Clean, friendly, well-equipped gym facility, although small...too small to offer fitness classes, which is a drawback, but I don't think any of the PF facilities offer classes. My only big complaint is that ALL the workout equipment is pointed straight at the bank of TVs on the wall. I work out to relax, and don't like my eyes are constantly drawn to the TVs, nearly all of which are tuned to network news. NOT relaxing. I wish patrons could have the option of using aerobic equipment that isn't pointed straight at a television.

110% worth what you pay. You wont get better quality for planet fitness prices. I've paid more for worse, the tanning beds ALONE are worth the black card membership not to mention all the extra amenities they offer. Planet has been amazing about cleaning and distancing while everybody still gets their workouts in. The population meter is nothing short of genius.

On February 17, 2020 at approximately 3:00 pm. Before doing my workout, I spoke with Greg Larkins about a rowing machine and the usage of the rowing machine for an injury I had. We spoke briefly, and then I said I was going to do the 30-minute circuit workout. I have been doing the 30-minute circuit workout on my own, with no help from anyone at Planet Fitness. Anyway, I came home that evening to find two e-mails that stated the following: "I am scheduled for the following event - 30-minute circuit workout with Greg Larkins." What?? Then the other e-mail stated the following: "Thank you for attending the following event: 30-minute circuit." I am totally confused, because Greg did not assist me with any of my workout!! I told him, after asking about the rowing machine, that I was going to do the 30 minute workout. He said if I needed any help, just ask. That was it.. He never came back with me nor did I ask him for any assistance. The staff needs to be careful with what they post or send to someone via e-mail. Thank you. Julie Greco

I like planet fitness because It has a lot of equipment to do whatever you want to do like run, bicycle, lift, and so much more. Also the inexpensiveness aspect of it; its only 10$ a month to go the gym as many times as you want to which is a good deal compared to other fitness facilities out there. They also have message chairs and tanning bed which is good for my girlfriend, family, and friends. I usually work out there at least 6 times a week. Also know the faculty and staff who are super friendly and reliable people.

Very friendly staff, they are always there to help. Good amount of equipment. The only problem I have is the WIFI never works correctly. Everyone I talk to in the gym has the same problem. Even talk to the staff and they know it as well. I like to listen to music when working out and only have a small amount of data to use on my phone. I would change internet providers or have them fix it.

Great place to workout and tan. Staff is always friendly and very helpful with any questions. Restrooms and locker rooms are always clean. My only reccomendation is adjusting air conditioning in the locker rooms because of how uncomfortably muggy the locker room is. There's no fans or circulating air it seems like and definitely hotter than the gym.
