I've only been to the Muncie location, but it always looks and smells fresh and clean. I can't emphasize enough how mucn more enjoyable my workout is when the place doesn't smell like farts and sweaty men. Nearly every employee I've encountered is super friendly and helpful. To that point, if I could start a petition to get Greg a raise, that'd be great. :)

I feel like the price is very good for the value, considering that tanning and the massage chairs are included in your price which is just over $20 bucks a month. My favorite parts are the treadmills, tanning, filtered water and the hydromassage. Those are pretty much the only things I use when I come in, but they are well used and well worth it to me.

I was very upset as there was not many people wearing masks as they are required to do. Sign on front door said masks must be worn. No temperature checks at the door. Not doing anything to prevent spread as they should,felt unsafe in this facility and wondering why they are not doing as required.

Went with my girl friend today. It's a good place to go for a workout. It wasn't crowded at all for it being a Sunday. I needed to get a new membership and the guy at the desk informed me that tomorrow would be the day the monthly payment is removed and I could save 10$ by coming in with my girlfriend as a guess today and set up my acct tomorrow. I appreciated the 11$ I saved today by doing that. the machinery is clean and it's a very low stress environment. Clean bathrooms which I always claim is a great indicator of the cleanliness of an es to Establishment. Highly recommend Muncie IN. Planet fitness.

Muncie PF is wonderful! The manager is the best they've had since I've been a member (which has been a long time). I also love the trainer!! I sign up for classes to make myself accountable. I stay motivated with a trainer and classes. Unfortunately, he is leaving. Please Muncie fill the position! I've used the trainers since I've been a member so I can switch up my workouts. I know some PF's have done away with trainers. I have other options in Muncie to go for classes but I love that PF is a large facility, clean, plus, the staff is nice I feel comfortable there. I wish PF treated their employees with respect and would pay better to keep them.

False advertisement and bad service. I’ve used my boyfriend’s black card for nearly a year postpartum. It was advertised as a family membership where he and I both could work out. When I scanned our pass the staff “Jason” said that’s not you. I told him my boyfriend stays home with baby while I work out for over a year he said “you got caught today”. I called my boyfriend to ask what was going on with membership and tried to sign up for 1$ down and 10$ /month as advertised all over building. Instead when I tried to sign up it was 50$ annually and 15/month. Luckily a new young staff member signed me up judgement free. I felt so uncomfortable by Jason I didn’t want to workout anymore. The new staff member empathized and apologized for his rude unwelcoming behavior.

The tanning beds are super outdated. I went to a different planet fitness and they had wayyy better stand ups and affinity’s. I know they just got new equipment but when can we get new beds???😭 Also, they need to be better about changing the bulbs. i don’t even feel like i’m getting a tan half the time.

Over all not a bad place to get a decent workout in. They have changed their hours and aren't even 24/5 anymore when they should be 24/7 to begin with, they close daily.

The biggest thing here is they use to have really nice stands that held paper towel, spray bottles and trash cans. It looks that they wanted a cheap replacement and just went to Walmart and got cheap trash cans and then are now using command strip hooks to hang the spray bottles on that break very often and then the bottle just hangs on the trash can. Price for black card has went up but they replace things with cheap things.
