Worst planet fitness I’ve ever been to in my life. Broken equipment, water fountain not working and the employee said the water
dispenser has been disabled for a week. Unbelievable! They don’t even have the 30 minute work out area when they’ve got plenty of room. There’s a virtually empty room they’re not even using. I would stay away from this location for Planet fitness like the plague.

My wife and I recently purchased memberships at this particular Planet Fitness. However, while traveling to AZ to visit family, my wife was using the shower in the women's locker room and heard a man talking inside the locker room area. When she exited the showers, my wife observed there was a young adult male in the bathroom who was apparently confused about his gender. After complaining to the front desk we learned that the Planet Fitness company policy on this topic is people can use the locker room, bathroom and showers of whichever gender they self-identify as being. I guess Planet Fitness is still more worried about a very small, and outspoken segment of society, than they are about the safety and comfort of their ACTUAL female members. Apparently PF experienced a large exodus of female members over this policy less than a year ago and my wife and I were unaware of it. We are canceling our membership until this company can get some common sense and stand up for the safety & security of their women members. In the showers and locker room? Really? Come on PF!

Would love to give them 5 stars, but anytime I use a bed other than open sun, bulbs are burnt out (usually lots) or the fan doesn't work. However, they still put you in those beds and if you come out (even almost immediately) they refuse to put you in a different bed. Maybe don't put people in beds that are not working 100%

I always enjoyed this gym before. I go there since my wife is autistic and I'm adhd and the whole point to this gym chain is acceptance and an environment anyone can work out in. Weight dropping being a bug problem for my wife since she has sensory issues. I'd have the lunk alarm rang on me in the past for accidents which was totally fine. I understood I should have been more careful. But now all the employees are running around with ear buds in listening to music loud enough they don't hear the guy with a don't tread on me wife beater dropping his weights well he tries to build a body to cheat on his wife who no longer loves him with.

A good overall experience, especially for those who are Black Card Members. One thing that I think would be beneficial is a rehab section for members who are rehabbing from an injury or surgery. A section that resembles that of rehab facilities around town but doesn’t cost $600 dollars per hour. Also I found it difficult to use the stationary bikes as I couldn’t figure out how to get them to freewheel when I stopped pedaling but I’m sure it is possible. But other than that the facilities are very clean and easy to navigate and there is plenty of equipment and parking so even when it’s busy it’s still possible to get what is needed to work out.

Friendly staff, spacious, clean, open 24 hours 7 days a week and you can park an 18-wheeler across the street next to the mall without anyone bothering you. They also have a 50lb kettlebell when most locations only have them up to 30lbs. It’s my favorite Planet Fitness location.

I'm a bigger girl so going to a public gym has always been intimidating to me. But Planet Fitness really is a judgment-free zone. I saw men and women of all ages, shapes, and sizes and they weren't paying any attention to each other. It was really nice to be anonymous. It doesn't matter what age, gender, or size you are there's something for everybody. I used to be a member at curves for women and it was really nice the way you could just use the machines in a circle and feel like you've had a full body workout. Planet Fitness has a section that is just like that. So that was nice or you could just spend an hour on the treadmill. It was also really nice that they had multiples of one type of equipment so you didn't have to wait on somebody to get done. I would recommend Planet Fitness 100%. And the cost per month is less than the cost of a tank of gas anymore.
