Vincennes location is great, always clean and friendly. Doesn't have free bench press bar. I have found alternative workouts to remedy that. My only problem is that the "no judgement" is pushed so hard it feels like it is judging me for hitting my goals

The gym and staff are great. It's always clean and staff is always friendly. I also use the tanning beds. The bulbs are never changed! A few days ago, the stand up I used had 6 bulbs burnt out. And it's been this way for awhile. In the last few months there's only one bed that the bulbs were changed in. They have to just close them off because so many bulbs are out. I don't blame the staff. I blame the corporate executives. There's no reason these bulbs can't be changed. I'm cancelling my membership next month because of this.

I'm a 40something year old mom and grandma who has always been on the "thicker" side. I've always been way too self conscious and insecure to ever consider joining a gym but my 15 year old son talked me into being his "gym bro" 😂😂 Best decision I've ever made!! Facility is clean, staff are super helpful, and I've never felt out of place or uncomfortable!

I was told in ten minutes a tanning bed would be open I signed up to be next, but the guy working there let someone he knows go ahead of me , and was looking over at me whispering to his buddy like it was funny . Usually all the staff is awesome, I’ll have to get his name he’s tall n thin with sandy blonde hair maybe 22 years old.
Besides that the place is great I’ve been coming for 3 years or so , n love it

This review goes out to the excellent customer service Benjamin gave us during our visit to the state & this establishment. From holding my jacket for me when my dumb self forgot it at my first visit to the gym to the great service they gave us for our last workout at their gym. Just wanna shout out how amazing the customer service is here, would definitely recommend this establishment for state visitors that just need a good workout on their trip like myself, or for people looking to invest in a long term membership. Great gym! I always go in the morning before classes and never fail to have a great workout. I was skeptical after hearing rumors of planet fitness but they’re 100% not true. I’ve been going to the gym for years but recently changed to planet fitness after moving into town for college, and it’s no different than any other gym. I drag my bag around and occasionally grunt during an hard rep and nobody cares at all. I just get along with my workout like normal. The smith machines are very great too. They move smoothly and the bars are very stiff. I’ve had problems in past gyms where the bar became very bendy once I put a couple plates on but I’ve loaded up to 5 plates on the bar here and it doesn’t flex an inch. They have a wide variety of machines for every body part and plenty of plates. The staff has been very friendly and helpful anytime I have a question. If I could give it 6 stars I would.

I go here 5 days a week at 2am after I get off work. They all of sudden changing their hours to accommodate day shift hours and not consider people who work other shift.

Someone who is on a tight schedule and routine, this ruins it. It's not because they can't find help, it's the fact that they don't want to pay the night shift worker, full time.

Will be canceling membership, other Planet Fitnesses are 24.7, in a hour radius, this one in Vincennes, doesn't care about their clients.

Today, I visited "Planet Fitness," which is generally standard, much like all the others across the country. However, this club has only 2 showers, which, in my opinion, is an insufficient number. The club itself is clean, and the air conditioning works well. But, as always, I was disappointed with the shower experience. The water flows with very low pressure. It might not be so noticeable in photos, but take my word for it. I recommend addressing this issue with the showers.

This gym is very clean. I knew Tammy at the front is also really excellent, but last week it really counted. I have asthma, and I left my inhaler in the car. It's not normally a problem, but certain perfumes and air quality can trigger it. So I started having an asthma attack, which is frightening. I went out to my car to get the emergency inhaler, and, thinking it fell out of my bag on the passenger side, I leaned on the door lock, causing me to accidentally lock my keys in the car, with my inhaler still inside. While I was still not breathing optimally. Tammy used her own phone to call a company to unlock the car, and when they didn't understand me, maybe because I wasn't talking super well, and they weren't there an hour later, called them back herself to get them there faster. I didn't know if I could go back because it was an embarrassing situation, but I have returned. Don't just say something nice to her, or shout her out on social media, give her a raise because she's really excellent all the time.

I hate to exercise but since l have to this is the greatest place to go. The people that work there are very friendly and the place is always spotless and clean. If you need to take a shower, change clothes, or use a mirror the bathrooms are always clean. They have lockers to keep your things safe with plenty of all kinds of equipment to use. It is not as expensive as you might think so. I have been going for over a year. You can wear any thing that is comfortable for you. Not one person makes fun of you. You are your own person and can do what you want or ask for help. There is always someone there to help you. They also have a trainer that is great.
