Bob is a very knowledgeable and encouraging trainer. I train with Bob remotely via Zoom which allows me the convenience of training at home and avoid Covid risk. I used to train with Bob in person, and Bob was able to modify my workouts for in-home setting for the same effects as being in the gym. Bob can explain the how and the why for each exercise, encourage you when you need it, and push you when you need it. I was having a lot of tightness in my hips that walking and yoga did not improve. Weight training with Bob, however, has made a huge difference. Bob also helped me adjust my meals and diet in healthy ways I can manage all the time. Most of all, I have fun in my sessions. It is hard work, but relieves stress, and I always leave smiling.

Trainer Bob is awesome!!!! I hesitated to contact him at first because I was self-conscious about training with someone and going to a gym where everyone looks great. I'm glad I finally made the call and got started. Trainer Bob uses a private gym just for trainers. That put me at ease right away. For the last year and a half, I have trained virtually. When Covid hit, Bob quickly pivoted and offered virtual training. It is every bit as effective as the gym experience. It has been such a blessing. He has a wonderful personality and really makes an investment in each of his clients. I have been training for about several years with Bob. In that time I have lost a bit of weight and more importantly have been able to stop taking one of my medications!!! Bob not only helps with fitness, but coaches you on nutrition and lifestyle changes to help you accomplish your personal goals. In addition, he keeps the workouts interesting, gives you 'homework' and helps keep you focused on lifelong changes. Bob is accomodating with schedules, provides lots of encouragement and always greets you with a positive attitude!!! I highly recommend Trainer Bob for anyone who wants to get fit, make long term, lasting changes and have fun along the way!!!

I have been training with Bob for over 8 years. When I started, I was looking for a trainer that understood a woman's body in her 50's. We have worked on toning the body and losing weight. I am pleased with my progress. He has made the workouts challenging & enjoyable at the same time.

I started with Trainer Bob in 2009. He was recommended to me by my Internal Medicine doctor. My goal was to get in better shape so as I aged I wouldn’t have the aches and pains I was already starting to feel. Trainer Bob was the perfect trainer. He assessed where I was and formed a plan based on my abilities. It wasn’t long before I was feeling so much better. When my husband saw this, he wanted to work out with Trainee Bob as well. We have been with him ever since. If you want to live a healthier life and feel better, go see Bob Fields. I highly recommend him.

I needed to lose a bunch of weight after I had my third child so decided I wanted to find a personal trainer. I knew I wanted someone who was experienced and worked with people of all ages and therefore, had 'seen it all'. I had never really lifted weights in my life and therefore needed a trainer who wouldn't be intimidating. I hoped the trainer would read my body language so I could move forward with each session, but not be pushed beyond my limits in a 'boot camp' kind of way. Bob is all of those things and is true to his word. Thanks to Bob, I am no longer intimidated by the gym equipment and know a lot about the sustainable Ketogenic diet. I lost 40 pounds, had a fourth child, and then lost all the baby weight again. I've learned that I can run (something I've never done in my life before having a trainer). I now run a few times a week! Thanks to Bob, I know I can do hard things. If you are thinking of going to a trainer, I cannot recommend Bob enough! I have been a client for over 5 years and it’s been well spent. I can’t say I love working out, but Bob makes it bearable that I still feel engaged without it being a stale routine. Bob is very personable and his knowledge on the mechanics of personal training and strength conditioning are top notch. While reaching a strength or weight goal is a partnership and much relies on the client’s effort, Bob has been a great coach.

I have had personal trainers in the past and I can say that Bob is the best trainer who can help you with workout routines and nutritional goals! I have always struggled staying focused with my nutritional goals to lose weight. He provided me tips on how to stay on track and was great about holding me accountable.

I’d always wanted to learn how to use the gym, but was too intimidated. Bob made everything easy to understand and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable using all the equipment, developing a work out routine, and even understanding how my nutrition functions with cardio and strength training! I’m now away at college, and feel at ease going to my university gym three times a week all on my own. I’d recommend Bob to anyone considering personal training!

Trainer Bob is the best!! He is encouraging and always explains why we are doing what we are doing. He is a book of knowledge and always answers and explains in simple terms the “why and how” when it comes to exercise and nutrition. It is very easy to see that he truly has his clients best interest at heart and wants us to succeed. I love that he will help with nutrition as well in addition to the workouts.
