Renewed Movement offers Pilates sculpt-inspired classes that offer gentle strength training, breathwork, and community connection. Our classes are located inside of Leni's Pilates Studio in Crown Point, Indiana.
Our sessions focus on rebuilding core strength, improving mobility, and supporting your body through every stage, from prenatal to postpartum.
We host group Mommy & Me Pilates, Bible Study, 'Mom-Walks' and community wellness events that bring moms together. At Renewed Movement we know that there is no "right" way to do motherhood, the only "wrong" way is alone. And thanks to our community, none of us have to do it alone.

Being part of this mom’s group has been one of the most refreshing and meaningful experiences since becoming a mom. I’ve attended Bible study, weekly walks, Pilates in the Park, and Pilates at Leni’s, and every single time I leave feeling restored, refreshed, welcomed, celebrated, encouraged, and confident. It’s such a rare and beautiful thing to find a space where you can show up exactly as you are—whether you’re exhausted, joyful, overwhelmed, or somewhere in between—and feel completely embraced.
Christina has such a gift for bringing women together. She’s created an atmosphere that’s not only warm and inclusive, but also deeply intentional. Through her, I’ve connected with women who I know will be lifelong friends—women who genuinely care, encourage, and uplift one another in every season.
As a mom of a three-year-old girl and a new baby girl, I can’t express how grateful I am to have found this group. It’s given me a space to breathe, laugh, move, pray, and feel seen. Every gathering fills my cup in a different way, and I always walk away feeling a little lighter and a lot more supported. I finally feel like I have a community that understands this stage of life, and I’m endlessly thankful for that.

Joining any of Christina’s/ Renewed Movements events are always such a pleasant experience.
My heart always leaves feeling lighter, happier & a bit healed after every interaction whether that be bible study or mommy & me pilates. I find myself sharing and inviting my neighbors + friends & anyone who will listen because it’s such a positive space- truly more of what the world needs.

We love attending everything renewed movement. It’s so mom friendly for kids of any age! We’ve done Pilates in the park with 6 and 3 year old while expecting. We do the weekly walks and the kids and I look forward to it every week!

It’s an amazing group of girls who are so kind, welcoming, and completely judgment-free. ❤️
Christina and Marissa truly go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable, included, and cared for. They’re always checking in and creating such a warm, uplifting space for everyone.

Renewed Movement is the perfect place for any mama wanting community!! There are so many different ways you can get involved. There’s something for everyone! Being able to include my baby makes it so much easier for me to be involved. Christina is the absolute BEST! Renewed movement events are always welcoming and so fun! You can expect a nice burn if you’re doing a workout of any kind with Christina, and always great conversation and community.
