Went to go see my granddaughters program for gymnastics tonight and it was great. Had a wonderful time and got rewards for doing well and a lot of clapping going on thumbs up to all the girls that participated. They were great! Fantastic to see such a great turnout. Does a heart well!

Gymnastics training is fine. Organization/customer service is not.

They are not very organized about billing especially via credit card. We had an out of town family member gift us gymnastics lessons. While at first it worked fine, apparently we weren't getting billed for two months and no one told us while my daughter continue to get gymnastics. We received the bill 2 months after we stopped doing gymnastics. We were confused and attempted to work something out but the gym owner was rude and basically flippant about our business and didn't do much to try to help us get to the problem. Her excuse was there small and it wasn't their fault basically and that all they do is write off bad accounts so it's not a big deal. When my wife posted a negative comment on Facebook the book bookkeeper passive aggressively messaged my wife implying that we should be on top of things to pay our bills. When my family member try to call and address things he was given the third degree. Regardless of whose fault it is customer service dictates you try to accommodate and if you're expecting amazing customer service and bookkeeping go somewhere else.
