The ultimate Peace of mind is how I would describe this gym!!! Not overly packed some pretty good old-fashioned equipment some really good dumbbells and weights. Nice open space with cardio machines and free weight area. No people just hanging around on machines doing nothing or being on their phones. No super thirsty type of women wearing barely any clothing just there for and likes on Instagram. No thirsty dude just hanging around and non-gym attire looking for you know what. The perfect atmosphere for avid gym goers like myself. I will be visiting again once I’m back in Indiana

I’ve been a member of the gym itself for over 7 years, and once the gym was sold to its current owners the quality, cleanliness, and all around atmosphere have drastically improved. All the equipment is brand new, the staff are very helpful and keep everything clean and in working order, and the owners have no problem
Visiting and talking with members about their experiences and what they could do better. Very pleased with how things have turned around! I’ll be a forever member as long as the doors are open I won’t lift anywhere else💪🏻

Never seen billing incompetence like this before with any gym in my life. Constantly , there’s errors where I’m billed over the amount of what I signed up for , I’m billed extra amounts for things I never signed for, and now I canceled and signed the papers… and was told no cancellation fee and I get billed still again a month later after cancelling !

OMG makes it difficult to cancel membership even once contract is up. Office hours are inconsistent and meanwhile you have to come in to the gym to sign waiver....and no one is here to make that happen. Best not to join....

We were members for 5 years. Then charter sold to "new owners". They love in Kokomo, and are NEVER there. The place is dirty. Dirty locker-rooms, dirty machines. Several machines broken for months! Poor supervision. Several bullies. One told me I could NOT use two machines,while he was only using one! Their " staff" did nothing. Spend your exercise dollar elsewhere. Sundays there is NOBODY there.

WITH ALL THAT BEING SAID:I love this gym cuz it's open 25 hours a day, 8 days a week, and 366 days of the year.......the only issues I have is they have no sauna or jacuzzi in the back and only one massage chair.... there is enough room for another massage chair in the area beside the other one.....they also need a blood pressure reading machine right by the weight scale machine in the back.... one or two vending machines will be great 👍👍👍👍

On Sundays they have no supervision. Children run all over the floor they play on all the machines. Parents don't supervise them if one gets hurt on a machine they will probably try to sue you. These are very little children. There is even a girl that brings her new born in a stroller and takes the child to all the weight machines she uses and parks the stroller in the middle of all that. I have never experienced this type of behavior at a health club before. You have people who try to keep you from using machines that they aren't even using yet. Allowing bullying in a health club is a dangerous situation. These are things that responsible owners would address especially if you have working cameras in there. Need to pay attention to your establishment!

I have been a member of this location for over 15 years and through various ownership/management changes. Great basic, few frills gym. I don't need nor want frills. Very well equipped, friendly staff, and equipment in good repair.

Be careful if you decide to stop going to the gym and not pay for something you’re not using, they will call you daily and threaten to damage your credit and send you to a collecting agency, saying that “the full term contract becomes due” what contract? They never tell you any of this when you get a “MEMBERSHIP”

Perfect for body builders and weight lifters alike. Actual No judgment zone. Friendlist staff and absolute wonderful people all working on bettering themselves. Absolutely love this place. Will continue to brag about this place for the many years to come.

It's a 24/7 gym which is a plus. Has good equipment, everything you need is there. The only issue is cleanliness. Weights and paper towels are scattered throughout the gym. Some equipment hasn't been wiped down in some time.

It used to be very clean and all the machines worked. Now, very few machines work and it’s not as clean. Currently shopping around for another gym.
April 2023: Many upgrades now and the staff is keeping the place up nicely.

Absolutely terrible. My wife and I were members of charter fitness for years. When one more gym took over we were told our memberships would be canceled and we can sign up with one more gym for a higher price. We didn't want to leave but We didn't like the way this was being handled. After a month we realized we were still being charged again we were told we would be canceled and that month refunded. 3 months later money still being taken out. Finally got in contact with a manager who told me the best he could do was cancel our membership and nothing would be refunded. That is the absolute least you can do. Even after telling me they fired that employee because he gave a lot of people wrong information. They even sent me emails saying we want you back but the manager said he didn't see anything where our memberships was canceled. I even wanted to go back but you will never get another penny from me. Absolutely disgusting. Don't trust them. But he did tell me to have a nice day. 😠

Good place to workout, with a good group of guys and girls, its more like a afterwork family atmosphere, they are in the process of renovating to make it bigger they plan on creating a side for UFC training which is cool so you can get a well rounded workout regimen I have been hear for awhile now and never had any issues to date the membership is decent at around 15 dollars a month for an individual there was a yearly fee but im not totally sure if that still applies due to the gym being under new management. The gym is now a 24 hour gym which wasn't the case when it was charter fitness, but im willing to stick around and see what this new company brings.
I have to update my review as the UFC training gym that was next door has recently moved to a new location, I'm not sure where but I just wanted to inform potential members.

I have been a member for many years, back when it was still Charter. Honestly, I liked the updates when One More Gym took over. I found the murals to be motivating and liked the equipment they brought in. My issue lies solely on the customer service. When you call no one answers and the new staff (although nice) have no idea how to work the computer to update payment methods. Calling the manager really did not help at all since I still have debt collectors calling me every day for an account that is in good standing. It's one of the most ridiculous experiences I have ever dealt with and the debt collectors can only tell me that there's nothing I can do personally, that the issue lies in the gym itself. Thanks for the headache One More Gym. My fiance and I are will be cancelling our memberships.

Boo Boo draws in the trash every other week! Can’t access the amazon pub because the guy with the dreadlocs who name starts with a D always leaves around 1 and doesn’t come back until 3 or 4! Equipment is rusting out and or very old! Memberships were jacked up to $35. This is just a bad experience! Honestly happy I no longer go here

They never answer the phone. I was told staff is there until 8pm, and I've called multiple times on different days BEFORE 8pm (around like 9pm or 3pm) and I never get an answer. It's annoying.

For a place that hosts an Amazon Hub Locker, I find it almost surprising that people cannot access their items when the place is open. A person must be a member to gain access or the receptionist simply stares at the person trying to get it.
I understand the safety concern, but please consider moving the locker outside. I do not want to purchase a membership to to access my items.
Edit: I arrived before 8 with an understanding of the closing time.

I’ve been going to this gym since it was Charter so for literally over a decade. The features I love since One More Gym took over us the 24/7/365 key fob so that one can go literally anytime. Also they offer child care for up to an hour and a half I think. The equipment is everything you need to build strength or an award winning physique if that is your goal. Highly recommend.

Been coming here since it was charter fitness since 2015! It was kept up nice then but now Most of the aerobic equipment elliptical treadmill etc dont wrk. Ive informed staff twice nothings been done in the last 3mths. Remodel not women friendly if you ask me its a guy gym now not unisex feeling at all. There a womens bathroom stall been out of order since yall took over. You need more women staff for our locker. Sometimes it smell horrible ( since new management) The new addition on the other side looks nice. The daycare was a great add for moms and dads. Ill hang in here a little longer hopefully this review will get the aerobic equipment fixed! Should have gave it 2 stars frfr. Get it together one more gym.
