About the Club

Ryan Hadley is a Personal Trainer in Broad Ripple specializing in Kettlebells, Old Time Physical Culture, and Yoga. He has over 25 years of experience including 4 years as a StrongFirst Kettlebell Instructor. This private studio is for individuals and small groups to get strength and conditioning training for almost any health and fitness goal. Kettlebells are the main training tool along with bodyweight, barbells, sandbags, medicine balls etc. to keep workouts fun and productive. We keep the music at a low volume so we can truly concentrate on form and coaching.

I've worked with many different personal trainers and coaches over the years, and I can easily say working with Ryan has been an exceptional experience and I couldn't recommend him enough! I came to Ryan with some nagging injuries and lacking confidence that I could get my strength back. I also felt bored with my workout routine and was looking to shake things up. Ryan really listened to my desires and built programming that was specific, the right amount of challenging, and honestly a ton of fun! I have gained strength and confidence back and Ryan's coaching has taken many of my lifts to the next level. My mentality is also improved thanks to many deep conversations with Ryan and his kind but firm pushing me to push myself. He's insanely knowledgeable, passionate, easy going, and just a lovely human being. I reached out to Ryan for kettlebell training, specifically looking for a few sessions to improve on some lifts I was struggling with. He was extremely accommodating and did not try to upsell me beyond what I needed. Scheduling was flexible and convenient.

I've worked with Ryan for just over a year now. He does a great job putting together a personalized strength plan where you can consistently make improvements but still manage to avoid plateaus by switching up the routine at regular intervals. He is a thoughtful and curious guy which shows through in his use of both strength techniques from 100 years ago and the lessons of the strongest lifters of today. Also, a great eclectic taste in music.

I've done ~20 sessions with Ryan and this is an easy 5-Star review. Ryan's immense knowledge allows him to be flexible towards his client's goals. He will work with you to create a specific plan and show you great exercises and technique as you increase strength and mobility. The music is always good and sessions are fun!
