The studio is beautiful with such a welcoming atmosphere. Leslie guided us through a wonderful flow for all levels. I was impressed with the variety of students that she was able to guide with ease and accomodations for all. It felt like family and the room was light with love. π«Άπ½ I image that all instructiors here are similar, this is a vibe that takes time to cultivate. Thank you!

Beautiful and elegant space that is fun to practice in. Excellent classes from mobility, to energizing core strength vinyasa, yoga therapy that is very soothing and unique to your current self, meditation classes, many workshops, etc. It's a feel good studio, that does not feel like any kind of unwanted pressure-- welcoming and easy-going at the same time. You can find so much variety with the different styles that each instructor brings! And mats are available to use, and all the props. It is very easy to drop-in and the rates are affordable, check it out!!

Macy nailed it today ! Everything my body and brain needed. She will be a great asset to the studio space. Macy has taught in my space at Simply Fitness in Nashville and will continue to be a great instructor going forward. Sunday at 11 works great for me in colder weather - thank you :) I

Come as you are. Few places actually mean that despite most places saying it. Some might make you feel that way at first, but then gradually over time you realize come as you are, means come as long as you have a fake smile, are willing to nod along, and are willing to give freely whatever other skillsets you might bring to the table. You might even get an email later on telling you that you should be over your trauma by now and the fact you are not makes you no longer welcome.
Saha isn't like that... they actually don't even say to come as you are. They don't have to, because they embody it.
I have done yoga all over the world and until I met Jackie I never was able to come anywhere close to replicating an experience I had with a teacher in the mountains of Malaga. A feeling of being whole and being able to fully relax. Where there is no (or at least less of an) internal pulling to turn on workout mode on a watch to have some proof how you spent your time was worth it. But just to be. A scary proposition and one that I think requires inherently knowing you are safe and what you are doing is valuable.
Saha will take you as you are. Whatever stage of your yoga journey or fitness journey or emotional journey. Never too broken physically or mentally. Show up with or without a mat, however you are. You wonβt be made to feel less than.
This extends even to payment as they have a system in place to help those unable to fit Saha into their finances. They want everyone. To feel welcome. To be welcome. To be there.
Though I am often hit and miss in my practice, they always remember me. They truly do want to grow together. In yoga. In mindfulness. In our understanding of ourselves.
Other places will say people aren't disposable, but don't mean it. Saha means it. They value each person, where they are. Whether you can do crow pose or not. Whether you want just restorative or ashtanga. Whether you can meditate with ease or if your mind drifts quite a few times before you can calm it. Whether you have a smile or not. They want you... as you are... but you might find you have a smile more and more.

Lezlie is a credit to the yoga world. She tailors each class to whoever is in attendance and everyone leaves the experience rejuvenated. We are fortunate to have her in Columbus. I would highly recommend attending one of her classes.

If you are looking for a yoga class, I highly recommend Lezlie Ward. I like her classes because they are individual. She helps everyone in class to practice yoga in a comfortable way. Since I had a stroke last year, I can't do everything; but her classes work for me. I feel stronger and I have better balance. I recently noticed that I can put my pants on without holding on to the dresser. It's a great feeling to have my balance getting better in my 70's. She also focuses on improving my breathing which I like. I also really enjoy her meditation classes. The most important thing to me is that I always feel safe in Lezlie's class.

I am a Yoga student of Jackie, Michelle and Lezlie. Jackie introduced me to Ashtanga Yoga, my flexibility and strength drastically increased by practicing Ashtanga Yoga with Jackie as my teacher. I was totally new to Yoga and was able to progress with support and positive feedback from Jackie. Lezlie helped me in meditation classes, it helped to be mindful in all situations and staying in present moment. Michelle introduced me to HIP CARS & Strength + mobility Yoga which helped in increasing lower body mobility. I am fortunate that I was able to do Yoga with all 3 of them, They are the best teachers which I have met.
