Select Fitness is a fully private, 1-on-1 personal training experience, tailored to your skill level. we offer 30 minute and 60 minute private training sessions. Small group training with groups of three or less are also available.

I started working out with Shawn several years ago at another gym. When that gym changed ownership, I tried another option, and as soon as my contract was up, I came right back to Shawn.
Shawn meets you where you’re at and encourages you to get to your goals. I highly recommend giving Shawn a try. I’m stronger and more flexible than I was when I came in again six months ago. Shawn is one of the most talented trainers I’ve ever worked with, and he is the most affordable in town.

Shawn Kay is amazing! As a woman who has become very sedentary, the thought of getting back into fitness was more than a little daunting. Form is everything to strengthen the supporting muscles (beyond the big ones: the quads, etc.). Shawn is highly observant of form and knowledgeable of the complex mechanics that underlie movements. You won't find a better trainer.

Shawn is a great trainer who gently encourages you on how best to achieve your goals. He keeps things fresh by adjusting your routine in rhythm to your progress. I came in with chronic back pain and with his help we have been able to target the key muscles that were overly tight and lacking in proper spine support. Instead of medicating and treating the symptom, we have been able to find the root cause and correct it. My back feels so much better now!
