Shadowood Golf Course promises to be one of the Premier Public Golf Courses in Indiana. Designed by our founder, Thomas Trimpe in 1976, our par 72 layout is sure to deliver a challenge to every level of player. Very well kept course. Maintenance does a really nice job here. Fairways, tee boxes, and greens all beautiful. Great hot dogs at the turn. Nice little chipping and putting area + driving range. I think $55 for 18 + cart here is great value and would make the 45 minute trip from Jeff up here again over places like Valley View back home.
Only negative: it did get backed up by about hole 5, and stayed that way for the rest of the round, but still 4.5 hours for 18 is great.

Hadn't played here in probably 10 years. Liked everything about this place. From the greens,fast and smooth, to the lush tee boxes, and wide fairways, this coarse is well maintained. Played on a beautiful fall day and the trees were showing full colors. Picturesque place. All for the bargain price of $30.00. Booked a 4some for the following week.

Played 18 yesterday as part of a 2 group outing.
Course: The greens were extremely well maintained. Hole 2 is a doozie and will have you talking about it long after your round. Hole 13 is postcard hole that will make you feel like you're playing somewhere special.
Staff: All of the staff were great! Someone in our group bought shoes at the pro shop at a competitive price and they were very appreciative. Customer service was obviously a high priority at Shadowood.

Met a friend Sat to play 18 before playing in French Lick on Sun. One of the better public courses I've played outside of Indy. Very fair price, very nice staff. We will definitely make the drive to play here again.

You guys take safety into top priority, especially when it comes to being on the golf course fields during games, you're welcoming to customers, and someone else protected my loaner equipment by turning it in, which I borrowed for driving range, and I totally appreciate that.
Been coming here for almost a week and enjoy doing the driving practice, although I use loaner clubs.
Although the golf club items are overpriced, which is pretty typical, it isn't a problem to me since I am a pure beginner at golf.

If you're ever driving down i-65 and you see the Seymour exit approaching, exit and go to the Shadowood golf course. Call in that you'll be late for your appointment and play the course; it's that nice of a course that it shouldn't be bypassed.

Extremely rude when asked simple questions about purchasing a used club. Dont bother asking about a spec for a product. They don't want to bother with customer service. Just give you condescending and sarcastic responses.
Look at your attitude still. Youre right I did you ask you a question on ebay because YOU ARE THE SELLER!!! "Any questions, just ask!!" Posted in your description. Seemed friendly enough, SO I ASKED!!! I didnt know what year the club was, so I wasn't sure what loft it was. They VARY!!!! Google doesn't do much good, when you are stuck between a few possibilities. Dont sell stuff if you don't have the patience to answer a genuine question.

Head over here once or twice a year from Cincinnati. Really fun course with tough and well-kept greens. Which occasionally, will have ball marks, because that's what happens at a golf course....

Solid course in between Louisville and Indianapolis right. Nothing fancy but it does the job. Google maps doesn't end in the right spot and can take you out of the way so look for signs rather than following the directions

This is a solid public course. Fairways are well maintained and greens are in good shape. The staff don't seem to eager or excited. There was no ranger on the course and we got stuck behind a foursome that wouldn't let us pass. It is not too challenging, but the greens are ridiculously small; some of the smallest I have played.
