My son Oscar (13yr) wrote this review: As Brian Wolverton's proud and youngest trainee I am pleased to say that Sheer training is outstandingly helpful. He is always willing to find a schedule that works for you and willing to take time to find a plan for you. From experience I can say that it is really helpful and fun. I started pushing a sled that was a total of 130lbs but In under a year I've moved up to 200lbs+ and I only train 1 time a week with him! As a soccer player who has a desire to get better I find that Brian's practices are usually the ones that I look forward to the most. He has many options of fitness plans and helps you through them too and while training he usually will talk with me about my day and is a great person to talk to. He also helps me make positive decisions about my health and nutrition to make me a better athlete. He clearly tries to find exercises that will help me. I enjoy working with Brian. He provided me with me not only a fitness program, but also guidance with life style changes so I can sustain my losses. Since working with him I have lost 16lbs, my clothes fit better and I just feel better over all. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Brian Wolverton with Sheer Training is very personable to work with while conducting training no matter the goal. He also does a great job creating personalized workouts for the individual and their specific needs. We have been training with him for about three months total, at various times and for specific goals. He is an organized and a great communicator, ensuring that schedules are meshed and communicating the plan.
He is very flexible as life circumstances can change. each week attending numbers are improving on assessments, further cementing that his regimen and techniques are sound in philosophy. I’ve had great time working out with Brian. He’s super professional and is super thorough with his explanations on how to do certain exercises and why you’re doing them. He’s also super flexible with his schedule and can work around conflicts as well as he can. Super easy and fun to work with, would definitely recommend him to anyone who asked.

Can’t say enough about Brian Wolverton and Sheer Training. My child has been going to Sheer Training for the past 15 months and the growth in his soccer skills and on field confidence is nothing short of amazing! Brian provided an individual program to best fit my child and the Sheer Training app allows my child to work on his soccer skills outside of the one on one training. Would definitely recommend Brian Wolverton and Sheer Training for anyone looking to help their child improve at the game of soccer.

This training program has been great for my fitness journey over the last year and a half. I am the type of person who needs a routine and a goal to stay committed and Sheer Training does that for me! The owner Brian is very knowledgeable about the body and nutrition and that has really helped in my progression. All of my weights have increased on major lifts, I have put on at least 15 more lbs of muscle, and I feel/look good!
