We have had past birthday party’s here and had no issues. But in the past year or so they changed their rules. One of those rules being 3 and under can have parents in the bounce area but older then that you can’t be in there. I have a problem with this. Some partys can be 20 plus kids and are being “watched” by younger staff.( which i have seen not doing a lot of watching). I wrote them about this rule , and haven’t heard back. My 4 year old fractured his ankle and i have no clue how. And he’s still sadly having issues. They truly need to reevaluate this. I get we sign a wavier but no one watches my kid like i do , and to not have the option to watch my kid doesn’t make sense.
update: i will call you all, but as of March 17th i have looked and never received an email. My son’s injury was noticed after he was done bouncing. And this policy that has been in place must have never truly been in-forced. I have had multiple parties here.

I’m really pleased with the improvements I’ve seen. My daughter was struggling with confidence after some challenges in one of her classes, but since we made a switch, she’s been thriving. The change has been very positive for her, and I’m grateful for the support and progress she’s experienced.

For four months the class size was never bigger than 4:1, we had an issue with lack of teaching from the first instructor and then thought the next instructor was great. This past class we learned that the class size is actually 6:1 and could grow to 8:1. After watching the class be 6:1 we noticed lack of teaching and attention to the students and noticed certain kids getting lots of attention. Today’s class each kid did each skill only one time and had a lot of sitting and watching time, definitely not worth $90. After the class when the instructor came to talk we asked what can we work on at home and she consistently says “nothing she’s doing really good” and then followed it by, “I had a big class so it was hard for me to pay attention to everyone” absolutely shocked that this is acceptable for a class for beginners. There’s no teaching and it’s more “they’ll figure it out eventually.” It’s very hard as a parent of a child who needs to be shown how to do things and not told ,struggle because of the lack of teaching. Might as well show my kid YouTube videos at open gym, it’d be cheaper and more effective.

I looked for private classes for my autistic daughter who needs support, so I looked for something private. I was told that they don't offer this type of service and that my daughter would have to participate in group classes. How is a child with difficulty understanding in a group going to learn anything when she gets distracted by other children?! I don't recommend it, poor service.

*Men’s Team Review*
We came over from another gym about a year ago and very quickly I noticed a huge difference at SIGS. NO yelling from any coach at any athlete ever. NO huge booster club fees. NO required service hours. NO punishing athletes. NO mind games. NO crazy travel for meets.
Here’s what you do get at SIGS: -Coaches that care about health and longevity! Tim (head coach) understands that men’s gymnastics is a marathon not a sprint. He prioritizes rests, training cycles and age-appropriate skills so your son’s body can stay healthy.
-Both Tim and Jim (assistant coach) care about your son’s mental well-being without prioritizing scores above all else.
-Training where safety is a priority and a gym outfitted with pits and mats where they should be for men’s gymnastics training. My son is never pushed to “throw” a skill he’s not ready for.
-Experience! They teach proper technique, which naturally translates into better scores.
-There is always time for snacks/water because practices are loooong and fueling is prioritized.
-Flexible training schedules.
-Lower monthly fees than our last gym BUT it includes more- tuition plus all the extras like uniform rental (!), grips, socks, shoes, backpacks, coach travel fees and meet fees are included.
-Play time (they are kids after all!).
I wish we had moved over earlier and saved my son’s self-esteem, knees, shoulders, feet and money!

This is my 5yo first sport that we've tried and he really likes all the teachers, the facility is always very clean and the owners have great customer service. The bounce time has been a great option to bring our kids to get some energy out during the winter months too!

They canceled my daughter's classes on the day that fit our schedule. They offered other days and times, but would not work for us. They will not refund our money only credit the account. That's bad business.

Expensive, inflexible, and condescending. No willingness to work with parents who were unable to reach the gym during a storm-related road closure, and refusal by the owner herself to modify her own policy and issue a refund for prepaid classes that won't start until next month.

SIGS serves children of nearly all ages at any experience level. The gym is clean, all staff frequently clean their hands and make the kids sanitizve also. There is too much rotation with instructors, however. It seems like my daughter has someone different each week, and that poorly supports her progress. The teachers also do not provide any feedback about your child's progress, strengths, goals, or any observations.

I have been bringing my daughter here for a tumbling/ gymnastics class for around 2months now & im here to tell you this gym is the BEST around!
We’ve tried out a couple different gyms & there’s NO comparison to SIGS! We love the facility, staff, and the kids she tumbles with.
Dana is the BEST kids instructor I’ve ever met. You can truly tell that she loves her job and she cares about the kids (which is SO important to me) 😊
A BIG THANK YOU to Dana!!! You are amazing.
I would highly recommend this facility to anyone interested in any of their programs! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We love this place and we adore Pria. They have done a really nice job of keeping it clean through covid. Could use some new carpeting throughout the place but I'm sure keeping a gym clean is tough though.

Took my grandson for swim lessons. The office staff were very helpful in directing me to the right area. He loves the lessons and they have a 4 to 1 ratio. They have a huge Gymnastics area and are the recipients of several awards. They also have a gym area and eating area with staff for birthday parties. Love this place!!

We came here for swim lessons earlier this year and haven't left. My 6 year old daughter loves it. She has improved so much. It's such a confidence booster each time she levels up.
Update: As our daughter grew, we decided that moving on to a place with a bigger pool and swim team would be a better fit for her. We left SIGS and she is on swim team at the Y. Both facilities have great instructors.

My 4yr old and 7yr old girls attend gymnastics classes at SIGS and it's been wonderful; The classes are reasonably priced and a percentage is discounted if you bring multiple kids. Both my girls have gained confidence and upper body strength in the last 6 months-I appreciate the diversity there and how friendly the staff is to our girls-will be sticking with them for a while 👍 😊
