Yoga studioAbout the Club
At Simply Yoga, our mission is to provide a serene, safe and welcoming space where students can develop their very own personal yoga journey of self transformation. When we opened the studio in 2012, we created a non-intimidating and non-competitive environment where people could go to find peace and unity. Yoga isnβt about the ego, finding the perfect pose or what cute outfit one wears to class. It is practicing all limbs of yoga and thatβs what we bring to our classes. The majority of our teachers have gone through advanced training studying over 500 hours of Yoga. At Simply Yoga, our skilled teachers are encouraged to bring their own teaching style, and voice, allowing for a unique yoga experience every time.

Just finished a vinyasa session with Betsy Ross. Highly recommended for anyone that wants to practice mindfulness and meditation as well as experience an excellent workout. Betsy is a knowledgeable and loving yogi. Wonderful music for therapy also. Hare Krishna!

I was introduced to yoga about 6-7 years ago, but it wasnβt until I started coming here that I developed an actual, devoted practice. Iβve learned so much by coming here. I love the variety of classes they offer, including meditation. Overall I like the vibe - itβs friendly and non-competitive. I look for ward to every class, and Iβm even considering taking their yoga teacher trainings in the future.

This is my home base studio! Full disclosure, I teach here so I am biased, but I was a student for many months before I started teaching. I love the laid back atmosphere. It is really a place for people to come together in mindfulness and joyful movement. There is nothing like a room of people breathing and moving together in awareness. Come see! β€

It would be nice if the times were correct online. Drove all the way across town because their hours stated they were open and I arrive to a studio thatβs not open.

A nice, welcoming studio - I have visited here twice while traveling on business for some asana after a long day of work and travel. Classes from Jessica and Meggan have been nice - standard vinyasa classes..
Simply Yoga is a studio that espouses a "make the practice your own" approach - which I love and much prefer to studios preaching a specific method, sequence or guru as "the best, the ONLY true yoga.."
To me the only "true yoga" is getting in touch with the divine, being self aware, becoming aware of the breath and being in the moment - and I was able to do those things when visiting Simply Yoga - I will look forwarding to practicing there again soon..
