Love solidcore! However after recently visiting this location for their summer social event and going unacknowledged for 10 mins, I will not be returning. Not sure if it's because I am not a regular or what, but having everyone else be included without so much as a "hi" or smile from the staff was very disheartening. I recommend the broad ripple location.

Tried this with a friend and won’t be returning not because it wasn’t a good workout but bc the energy and tone of the staff is bitchy no other way to put it.

I loooove solidcore and this studio + the coaches are amazing. My only complaint is - I think it’s time to expand!! Lately it has been sooo hard to get into a class because the waitlists are always full. Even today, every class is full and I have been on the waitlist for over a week and won’t be able to attend today :(

Really disappointed in this studio. I have used class pass for years in Australia and UK to book various classes most days, and had booked a class at this studio at 9.30am while we were travelling to visit family. Arrived at 9.30 and the doors were locked and no one was around. I tired to knock and there was a sign saying you need to download the app to get a code for the door. After fiddling around with this and downloading for 10 minutes, I was then unable to access a code as ClassPass isn’t linked to the app. I tried to call, email and knock on the door but no one answered. We had driven 30 minutes to the studio with our toddler and when we finally were able to speak to someone an hour later when they came to reception to explain what had happened they were very dismissive and said I would have been sent the code via email through ClassPass. The code was right at the bottom of the class confirmed email which no one would see, and it’s confusing that at the door it said you have to download an app. It would have been ok if the staff would have been understanding and polite about it. I asked if I could join the 10.30 class instead as I could see only 4 out of the 15 spots had been booked and we had waited outside for an hour, but they said I would need to pay again and rebook.

I took one class here and do not plan on returning, but not because it wasn’t a great workout. It absolutely was, and the teacher was very welcoming to first-timers. I tried to contact the studio several times and through every avenue possible (phone, email, in person) to ask a question about the class pack I had purchased, and got zero response. They don’t answer the phone, don’t return voicemails, and also didn’t have a receptionist when I came in for class. Yet they will definitely send you automated emails and texts to try to get you back in class. Paying for these workouts isn’t cheap and at the very least you should be able to answer your customers’ questions.

I have taken SolidCore classes in multiple cities. This studio had the best intentions but the music was so loud the instructor was yelling into her microphone to give instructions that were rushed, unclear and barely audible. To create a repeatable base of clients in the fitness industry you have to make newcomers feel welcome and educated. This studio and instructor did neither.
It was suggested: take a look around at the seasoned regulars to follow along; in a darkened studio with music that was at levels similar to a concert.
Disappointed as this studio gives the brand a bad name.

- A great full body workout that starts to make noticeable changes even after a few classes.

- Easy to learn, non-judgmental environment where both instructors and students are eager to help out the new person.

- Instructors are very personable and a pleasure to talk to outside of exercise-related things. It really feels like a community!

I was a loyal client of Solidcore before becoming a coach and not only do I believe in the workout, but I love the community and feel of the studio. It is intense, you will be challenged, and you’ll leave feeling stronger than ever. Wherever you are on your fitness journey Solidcore is a must.

holy cow. what a great workout. did my first class today with Jessyca and had an amazing time. I can't see any way that this class wouldn't work. It was like Pilates on crack. Jessyca was helpful and patient and a total Godsend as an instructor. Glad I came and I will definitely be back.

*** update *** took some of the "community" classes and they were equally as great. Betty was my instructor and she was so great that I am definitely trying to work out with her now that she is teaching regularly. I fractured my tailbone snowboarding on a Sunday and was in class on Thursday and it helped me out enormously. Tori, the studio manager, and Betty, my instructor, were super helpful and mindful when I told them about my injury and when I l was leaving I just kept thinking I was so glad I had come.

I had Kaleigh and she was the BEST instructor ever and I’ve been to solidcores all over. So energetic, cracking jokes & really made us become a family in there. Always the best workout. I LOVE SOLID CORE! Thanks for a REAL challenge.

Challenging workout that works each and every muscle in the body in just 50 minutes! Energetic instructors, low lights, and loud tunes make the class fun(ish)!

Brooke was awesome!!! I am a regular, but sometimes like to pop in for a beginners class to focus on my form and have a lower key workout. She is so great with beginners. If you have ever wondered what [Solidcore] is all about, just do it! You don’t know what you are missing!
