[Solidcore] is a killer workout with great results! The encouraging coaches and atmosphere make it really easy to push yourself, and now several of my other workouts seem easy in comparison. I'd recommend arriving at least 15 min early to your first class or starting with a beginner class since the format is fast-paced and the machines take a bit of getting used to.

Great exercise! I wish I would've gotten to my scheduled class a little earlier than the start time to learn more about the equipment before beginning but it was easy to pick up on. It is definitely fast-paced and high-energy! Low impact and little/no cardio. I am moderately active and found this exercise to be difficult but rewarding. My muscles are sore 2 days after, so I know it was a great for my body. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The gym-vibe was amazing! Will be back.
