I had my kids 7th birthday here and she had the best experience. I called a few times on & off before the party with questions & they were extremely helpful and friendly. If I called when Veronica was out they would still answer my questions to the best of their knowledge & I always got a call back when she got back in. The front desk staff were so friendly, we were greeted with smiling faces & pleasant attitudes making us all feel very welcomed. Logan was the party coach & the kids loved him! He was so sweet & helpful throughout the whole party. The entire staff that day made sure we had everything we needed!

I would give -5 if I could. I would never recommend this place for girls to play sports. I signed my daughter up for a girls indoor soccer team. They made it a coed team, mostly of boys. Didn’t tell any of the parents. Put a coach on the team who doesn’t play any of the girls who were put on the team. Then they changed their coed rules from “2 female players on the field at all times, to doesn’t matter who plays”. They do not follow their own rules and do not care about girls sports.

I normally don't leave reviews but I had signed my daughter up for rec soccer and we played nothing but club teams. I paid alot of money for her to play and our team ,which was made up of kids wanting to play rec, lost every single game. Whoever is in charge should not be allowing club teams to register for rec league. This was very disappointing and I feel like this changed my daughter's view of the game. We will not be playing her again and will be passing the word along of what is happening here.

I am new to Crown Point and have never come here before. The library was closed and I was out with my 3 kids (3y/o, 2y/o, and 7 m/o) when I decided to give this place a try. My youngest who is 7 months old is not walking, not standing, not crawling, and NOT yet sitting up without support. They charged me for her even though she arrived asleep in stroller and remained asleep. Their reasoning for said charge was that they occasionally have to clean up spit up from their toys. If you are running an establishment for young children, I should hope you are regularly cleaning your equipment regardless. Second - children who are unable to participate should not be charged for being present. I certainly won't be back. There's a first and last time for everything, it is just the principle. I'll take my kids elsewhere.

Horribly ran business, Very unorganized website with crucial information that is updated poorly, such as scheduling and results. Staff is very unhelpful when you call to ask questions. But you know damn well they make sure to charge every spectator $3 every time they step through the door. Youth and Mens soccer leagues still flooded with players that haven't paid, haven't got a membership, etc. If you are going to make me pay $1200 to even register a team (Price has gone up every year) , Why do we also need to buy Sparta memberships? Also, if you require these memberships for players to play, you should definitely do a better job at checking people in at the door, instead of having a 16 year old girl high schooler sitting at the front on her phone all shift. Wish this place was better ran. Could be a great place for many sports and activities, but management ruins that.

The refs need to do better job and be fair. Missed a lot of calls during a tournament. When speaking to Kathy was told how it’s not like the Olympics where we can watch replays. I agree, but this wasn’t the first time games had been unfair. Then to make matter worse the ref only gave medals to the winning team & not second place who also were supposed to get medals. I had to go back and advocate to get second place medals. The whole thing was a mess, unfair, and unprofessional. Very disappointed.

Very busy indoor sports complex hosting all manner of outdoor type sports all year. Pretty clean given the amount of traffic the place receives. Covered entrance area that keeps the wind and snow off of you if you're waiting in line. Full concession stand. Friendly staff.

However, I continually have challenges with the scheduling and organizational communications for past and present winter soccer leagues. Ownership hould really audit this! 48 hrs before season starts w no schedule and no team assignments is way too close!

I play on a soccer league here and while I pay my team fee this place asks for an additional individual membership fee which is not covered when you register as part of your team. It’s an additional fee not disclosed until later when your on your way into a game. On top of that if anyone wants to come see you play it’s $3 entry just to watch.

Employees are incompetent, no one knows what is going on. A big chaos! Not to mention my son is in a 7v7 B Division and last Sunday we played a A Division team totally unfair! Not to mention it costs $1100 per team. You need to get your employees/staff together instead of being on there phones. I like this place for winter indoor softball. Good hotdogs 🌭 The one big drawback is that you have to sit behind the outfield, and looking through the net is nearly impossible. If you stand the whole game, you avoid the net problem. That's the tradeoff.

It was almost $200 to play 7 games of flag football. I thought it was expensive but that’s not even the issue. The problem was the huge disorganization of the facility. The first week and 2nd weeks were a mess. They had to send an apology email to everyone for the chaos. But it didn’t get better. We had to pay $10 per kid to add a practice night each week. And every single week the practices got canceled because Sparta overbooked the fields. The one woman at the front desk who I’m assuming was the manager was rude and defensive instead of admitting fault. It’s a shame because the facility itself is great. They have all young kids 16-20ish running everything else but they’re all polite and do a good job. The concessions and bathrooms are nice. There are plenty of other indoors facilities in NWI I’d rather spend my money though. We will not be going back.

Had a birthday party for our 8 year old softball player. She LOVED it! The party had whiffle ball, kick ball and dodge ball. The kids all had a great time. The facility is well lit and the temperature wasn't bad considering the cold outside. The party was up on a mezzanine and it overlooked the action below. Really cool setup. For food drink they had Gelsosomo's Pizza and bottled water and Gatorade.
It was a unique party experience for the kids. Everyone really liked it!
