Love, love, love Studio RE barre classes! It works muscles I didn’t even know I had and makes me feel stronger, taller and more energetic. Each class is a little different so it never gets boring and every instructor is great and gives one-on-one attention when needed (and plays good music)! I also love the smaller class setting. Everyone is so supportive and welcoming. The best 45 min workout!

I have tried and never stuck with any workout class until I found Studio RE. I have now been going to Studio RE barre classes faithfully for over six years. Anna and all her instructors have a true interest in the well being of their clients and even during COVID, Anna made sure we stayed connected through online classes. Going to class is such a positive experience. We work on all muscle groups and we are always offered ways to modify if we have an injury or are limited in any way. I think of barre as small movements with big results. We work on strengthening, lengthening and leaning out our muscles while listening to great music. We “embrace the shake” as we are pushed to do our very best. Anna and the staff make sure to correct form to avoid injury and maximize results. Studio RE is simply the best and I highly recommend it to people of all ages and fitness levels.
