Cannot say enough positive things about The Bar Method - Mishawaka. Located in a beautiful new studio, the classes are both accessible and challenging for all levels. I started as a newbie to barre class and the encouragement, knowledge and hands-on guidance from the instructors has made me feel capable, at ease, and ultimately stronger. From students to staff, everyone is always so welcoming.

What a great group. I was a bit apprehensive to start Bar as I am out of shape and Sara was amazing. She is so positive and helpful that I absolutely love going!! Would highly recommend.

I wish The Bar Method would've been available when I was in my 20's! Young women out there - take advantage of this amazing opportunity to build long, lean, sculpted muscles, excellent posture, balance, and flexibility! Older women, like me, out there.... it's not too late! After just 2 mos. of consistent classes, I am feeling the results! I have ZERO ballet experience but the instructors do an AMAZING job of teaching excellent form, making the ballet inspired moves doable for anyone of any fitness level. The Bar Method studio is beautiful, clean, bright, and luxurious, like a spa. My only regret is not joining sooner!!

I have never liked exercise. Ever. BUT, I have one year until I am 50. Gulp. I knew I needed some sort of exercise. I absolutely love that I can breathe through the entire class. Like not get out of breath and feel like I'm dying. I can breathe, THE. WHOLE. TIME! I love that it's a class atmosphere and that someone else is an expert at leading my body though a workout. And every stinking muscle gets a workout. What a nice community of women here. Very encouraging. Very kind. Always a smile when you walk in and leave.

I enjoy the hands on corrections and the feeling of accomplishment I get after class. It's not easy but they make you feel so welcomed and able. I can't wait to see where I'm at physically in the coming months.

The instructors are wonderful with explanations and modifications. When I was recovering from abdominal surgery, they helped me make adjustments to the moves. Attending classes was a great help in getting back on my feet.

Working out has never been my most favorite activity, but Bar is oh-so much more than that. I’ve never felt so challenged mentally & physically at the same time. It is definitely a workout, but so much more rewarding than anything else I’ve experienced. To make matters BETTER, the ladies you get to connect with are just icing on the cake. You must try it out!

The bar method has been a great addition to my workout routine. This class focuses on toning muscles that I otherwise would not focus on. The studio is beautiful and always very clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful to adjust posture and make sure you are safe with all exercises. This studio is a very positive atmosphere and I have enjoyed working out here
I have now been doing the bar method for 2 months and have noticed significant difference in muscle definition in my arms as well has glutes and quads. I would suggest this to anyone looking to get stronger or change their workout routine.

The Bar Method is an incredible workout! It is an amazing way to care for your body in a healthy and low impact way. After only one class I was hooked! After 15 classes I've already seen a transformation in myself; both in my figure and my everyday posture. It is truly amazing. Not only is the workout fantastic but the instructors are too! They deeply care about each one of their students and they want you to succeed both in class and out. They have become more like family than simply instructors. I find The Bar Method is a great way to start my day. I always leave feeling energized, encouraged, and strong! I recommend The Bar Method to all my friends and I recommend it to you too!

I've been coming to classes at The Bar Method Mishawaka for 6 months now and have never felt better! The instructors here are amazing and provide quick results with safe, hands on corrections. The studio is absolutely beautiful. They offer childcare and have a full service locker room with showers. If you're looking for an awesome workout along with a great community of people, you have to try this place!
