I’m less than a month into my membership at The Breathing Room and I am IN COMPLETE AWE at this place! Not only do I feel so strong physically but I feel so much connection between my thoughts and my body. I’m doing things I would’ve considered impossible (for me) before. Vickie and her loyal yogis are incredible women to learn from. I feel like I can walk on water after leaving a session. Taking that feeling into your real life is what it’s all about. ☺️

The studio feels like a sanctuary, Vicki is amazing and I always leave feeling better, mentally and physically. Vicki has such a gift for creating a supportive and empowering space where women feel seen, celebrated, and cared for. Classes are challenging (w/accommodations) in the best way, with clear guidance and encouragement throughout. I'll definitely be back for more classes and future events!

Every time I walk in the door, I am greeted with a sense of calm and peace, which sets the tone for every class I have attended. The owner and sole instructor, Vickie, has an incredible gift and ability to guide each class with a gentle and encouraging energy that promotes self-discovery, all the while respecting each attendee's personal limits. She prioritizes safety while encouraging personal expansion, all at your own pace in your own way. She makes it easy to practice with confidence. There is a strong emphasis to listen to your body and "make it your own practice". Vickie takes the time to offer modifications for different skill levels so that everyone feels included and comfortable.
Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a beginner, all her classes are tailored to help you progress at your own pace in a loving, nurturing environment. I always leave there feeling physically rejuvenated and mentally centered. I attended a gentle flow class last week and absolutely loved it! The instructor, Vickie, was very prepared and tuned in to the energy of the room. The studio is amazing. It’s very welcoming for first timers, and still provides new challenges for even very experience yogis. Vicki provides lots of props and tools and clearly explains how to use each one. You don’t have to bring anything- just your body. The studio smells amazing, and the music is always great.

I love The Breathing Room. The teachers are so amazing and very helpful. They want you to have the best experience possible. I have been going to the Breathing Room for over 3 years now and it just keeps getting better! The environment is very welcoming and the instructors (Vicki and Erica) are very encouraging and helpful. They are constantly trying to expand their yogi's practice yet at the same, encouraging us to make the practice our own. A beginner would feel very comfortable in any of the classes. There is never any judgement, only positive vibes and most importantly love for anyone that comes thru the door!

Many months ago Erica invited me to her Rebel Yoga class. I was not a yogi so this was completely out of my comfort zone.... but I went to my first class and have been hooked ever since. Both Erica and Vickie's classes are for all ranges abilities and you are made to feel so comfortable. I love that there are instructions given for the beginner to the advanced. My body has changed so much in the past 5 months with much better mobility and strength! The encouragement that I get from Erica and Vickie as well as the rest of the tribe is fabulous! Thank you Erica for bringing me into the Tribe!

There are not enough words to describe my experience at The Breathing Room🧘🏻♀️ Erica Buffington talked me into 1 night and since then I’ve been a yogi, her class has so much energy and fun that I love attending! There isn’t enough time to even start about Vicki Sampson, her gentle yoga class has made me a believer in what it means to breathe and let it all go! Started my yoga practice here over three years ago. I’m in my mid 50s, Vickie’s knowledge and encouragement have greatly impacted my wellbeing, both physically and mentally. No matter if you are a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi, you will benefit and find a place here. And no studio will spoil you more than this one. I love the breathing room, Vickie is an amazing instructor. She really cares about her yogis, she helps with all aspects of health and fitness. The knowledge that Vickie has about nutrition and clean eating has been so helpful to me. The yoga when I have been able to attend has helped with my mobility. Prices are very reasonable, the environment is uplifting and welcoming. The tribe, what she calls us, are all very caring and motivational.
