The Exercise Coach offers a complete fitness solution in just Two, 20-minute workouts per week! Guided by expert coaches in a private, professional environment, clients experience remarkable improvements in muscle quality, strength, weight loss, bone density, stamina, energy and much more.
Our approach uses specialized, bio-sensitive equipment that allow us to personalize a workout plan appropriate for any age or fitness level. Our ability to provide real-time, visual feedback/data allows our clients to validate their efforts immediately, and understand their progress.
We are a perfect fit for people that:
1) Don't have time for conventional exercise regimens
2) Don't like the gym scene
3) Hate exercise

I had been looking in Carmel Indiana for the right place for me to help rebuild my strength. As I had gotten older I was getting muscle soreness after nearly every strenuous activity. In other words, simply out of shape. I didn't want to go to one of the big fitness centers--just not my thing. I saw an online ad for The Exercise Coach and it sounded like a good fit. I took the two free workouts and I liked the place. It's small (around 12 machines) but comfortable, and I really like the personal training on the resistance training machines where you work against an external force to improve muscle strength, size, and endurance . You can get trained individually by a varying group of trainers who are all personable, approachable and knowledgeable. Or you can do group training (group of 4 people) to lower the cost. I started in May of 2025 and it is now October 2nd. I started feeling stronger less than two months into the training (twice per week, 20 minute workouts). I rarely get sore anymore doing household or yard work, playing sports with the grandkids. And it goes away the next day. I highly recommend The Exercise Coach.

Really like The Exercise Coach. Their personal trainers are encouraging and make sure your form is good. They challenge me to be better and are helping me increase my overall strength. Their app shows my progress on increasing weights from baseline.
Plus since I have started, my Withings Body Composition scale has confirmed positive growth trends for muscle and lean body mass.

I appreciate the service The Exercise Coach provides. They have all the equipment needed to improve your strength. They start you off safely (They don't let you make the mistake of driving too hard at the beginning and suffering an injury as a result). They tailor a program for you to fulfill your specific needs. They motivate you while you are there, and they provide accountability for those -- like me -- who lack discipline, and too easily come up with excuses to skip exercise today (...and then the next thing you know a day turns into weeks...or into months...etc.).
Perhaps this sounds familiar to you: At some point you realize, "I can't avoid exercise anymore." Maybe the trigger is something small -- you notice you're having difficulty bending over to tie your shoes. Maybe it's something bigger -- you notice you're breathing heavily and your knees ache after climbing stairs. Perhaps the trigger is something obvious like having to buy clothes the next size larger.
If you avoid standing on the outside of the group for family photos because you know the wide angle lens will make you look even wider, you need to put your foot down and dedicate time improving your fitness. In my opinion, The Exercise Coach is THE BEST starting point.
I noticed changes after a few weeks. Now, because I have been going to The Exercise Coach for a year, I look better and I feel younger. In fact, I feel great! You can too.

The Exercise Coach strength training program is amazing! I will admit that I really donβt like to workout, but the 20-minute sessions and wonderful staff make me want to go. I especially like that I can see my progress on each machine every day. Gill, Rachael, Brandon and the other trainers are really knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. In just a few short months I have lost 4 inches around my waist, I can see the new muscle, and I feel so much better. They helped me change from a sedentary couch potato to someone that truly enjoys being active. Highly recommend!

The coaches are knowledgeable, professional, very helpful and SO nice. They do a great job of sanitizing the equipment. They always greet you by name. The Exercise Coach is a definite step-above my previous workout places in Zionsville and Brownsburg. I like the machines a lot. They show you your progress from your last visit and compare it to your current visit. Having the flexibility of appointments is also very important to me.

I have been coming to the Exercise Coach for 15 months, and my husband for a year now. We have both seen enormous benefits from the workouts - unbelievable progress for only 20 minutes twice a week! We both have standing appointments at the same times each week which is convenient, and the app makes it really easy to change appointments 24/7. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and fun and work hard to make sure you get the best workout you can in the safest way possible. I am impressed by how much attention they pay to technique and injury prevention - I believe they all have Exercise Science degrees and their knowledge about the body really shows. I appreciate that there are few people there at a time and you get true personal attention and challenge, in a calm environment. Itβs not cheap - but you definitely get what you pay for here!
