The Exercise Coach offers a complete fitness solution in just Two, 20-minute workouts per week! Guided by expert coaches in a private, professional environment, clients experience remarkable improvements in muscle quality, strength, weight loss, bone density, stamina, energy and much more.
Our approach uses specialized, bio-sensitive equipment that allow us to personalize a workout plan appropriate for any age or fitness level. Our ability to provide real-time, visual feedback/data allows our clients to validate their efforts immediately, and understand their progress.
We are a perfect fit for people that:
1) Don't have time for conventional exercise regimens
2) Don't like the gym scene
3) Hate exercise
4) Are afraid of getting hurt.

I have been taking advantage of the support of The Exercise Coach for over a year. I have made some very significant gains in strength over the course of that year. I deal with some significant neurological issues, and the overall strength gains have helped me minimize some of the stability issues that come with it. I appreciate that the goal of the staff is truly individual improvement, with no comparison to others, and great concern for safety. As we learn more about health, weight management and healthy aging it becomes more obvious to me how beneficial The Exercise Coach has been for me.
The staff is all wonderful. Encouraging, well-trained, engaging and kind. I look forward to continuing to make strength gains working with the coaches, and am anxious to learn about exciting new offerings that could add to the already very strong program that they offer that will be launching soon!!

I just celebrated my one year anniversary of membership at the Exercise Coach and view it as one of the best things I have ever done for myself. This is the first time I have ever stuck with an exercise program and it is because it is so easy to work into my schedule. In only two 20 minutes sessions a week I have lost weight and firmed up. The staff truly care about my progress and individualize my sessions based on my needs. Most importantly, it’s uplifting and I always feel better when I leave a workout session than when I arrive.

For someone who has been "allergic" to exercise most of my adult life, you have inspired me and motivated me to do this for the right reasons, and most importantly, the right way. I have lost 22 llbs in 6 months by coming there twice a week (consistently) and by following a reasonable nutrition plan that doesn't have me feeling like I've had to give up all the foods and beverages I enjoy.
I've increased my strength beyond anything I would have ever expected in the short time - in some cases by as much as 150% since my first session. And, where this matters most is in the difference it's made in my daily life and my ability to lift things, climb stairs, etc.
The coaches are all wonderful - highly knowledgeable, encouraging, and so enjoyable to talk to during my sessions.
I still don't love to exercise :) but I do love what it's doing for me and for that I'm willing to commit to my two 20-minute sessions each week and continue to reap the rewards of that!

I’ve done a lot of exercising in my day, but several years ago I realized running wasn’t going to last much longer and I bounced around between biking, rowing, weight training and even a short CrossFit career; but at 50 I wasn’t ready to except a sedentary lifestyle and my muscular strength had diminished greatly.
I decided in December 2021 to take advantage of the free trial workouts. Immediately I realized I was on to something. A full body weight training session in 20 minutes that leaves me completely gassed and provides real-time feedback on every rep. Machine controlled resistance that adjusts with every session so that you are constantly building every workout. I was getting in 30 minutes round-trip from the house, the equivalent work out that I would’ve spent 60 to 90 minutes doing at a traditional gym without fear of the injuries associated with free weights which honestly I love working out with, but I’ve had my share of mishaps.
No more traditional 3 x 10 with the same weight week after week wondering if that was a good or bad workout and did you really improve between sessions?
The staff at Fishers is great. Non-judgmental, get in, do your work and out twice a week. I have seen significant gains in my strength, mean muscle mass has increased and %body fat is down. I feel more energized and I look forward to every workout.
Well worth the time and the money spent - for something I wouldn’t otherwise do consistently. For me the typical 30.00 a month gym membership is too easy to blow off, it’s like that 7.99 app you keep meaning to cancel but never do because it’s just not worth the time.
Exercise Coach isn’t the cheapest option, but if you want to hold yourself accountable and have coaches there, either in a private or small group (which I do) setting to do the same, this is a win-win.

Exercise Coach has been a godsend for me! I had total replacements on both knees that continued to bother me. Physical therapy did their part but I couldn’t get past the pain of going up and down stairs. I saw an advertisement for Exercise Coach, and after doing research on the program, I made my first appointment. The trainers are amazing! They are encouraging, supportive, friendly, funny - all the things I need to keep me motivated! I’m happy to say after only 4 weeks of strengthening, I’m 80-90% pain free! I can’t wait to see what another 4 weeks does for my knees and the rest of my body!

I've been going to the Exercise Coach since August, 2020. The trainers are fantastic. They keep me motivated and looking forward to my appointments. Two 20 min workouts a week fit perfect into my schedule, and I feel it the next day. I participated in their Metabolic Challenge in September, and between changing my nutrition and their workouts I've lost 30 pounds and 4 sizes in 4 months. I've never stuck with an exercise program and routine until coming to the Fishers EC. I'm stronger and in the best shape of my life.

I never see the Exercise Coach looking busy from the outside! This 20 minute workout is probably just a short HIIT workout or a Arthur Jones HIT workout. I’m sure if your new exercise or out shape it’s probably a good place to start. If you are more experienced The New Body For Life concepts are probably better and more affordable if you are short on time. There are many great gyms and routines. For Fishers I’d recommend a martial arts gym or Lifetime because you have a large variety of equipment.
I don’t believe these posts about people getting arms and other muscle are experienced gym goers probably the owners or new people experience the benefits of gym!
I appreciate the kind words from this gym though. At least they are professional and offering me to come in which I will consider if they can explain what style of workout they do since I’ve been training for over 30 years and most fitness workouts are copied from somewhere else and changed slightly. Look up Mike Mentzer and Arthur Jones you will notice the similarities of their workouts and these from the reviews. Slow and controlled rep speed, intense workouts, short, and infrequent. Sounds a lot like Arthur Jones and Mike Mentzer’s approach from the 70’s and 80’s using Nautilus Equipment. Training doesn’t change that much over time the only thing does is the motivation to get in and stay consistent day after day.

I decided to try them out for 3 months and so glad that I did. I was tired of throwing my money away at traditional or budget gyms that produced more injuries than results. 4 months in now with 25 lbs. lost and counting. I joined the Fishers Exercise Coach in December 2017 and enjoy my workouts with the coaches at this facility. It is amazing how 20 minutes, 2 days a week can change your body for the better. I can really see and feel the difference these workouts have made. The coaches are friendly and motivating and I like that the workouts are changed at a frequency that keeps you engaged and not bored. When they are getting ready to set up a new workout, they ask you if there is a specific area you want to work on and then incorporate new exercises for that area. I have been working out at this location since Oct 2018. Words can't describe how much better I feel, not to mention how much better I feel about myself! It is unbelievable what can be done in just 20 minutes. I was skeptical too, but it absolutely works! I have new muscle in my legs, chest, shoulders and arms. You will be tired after a 20 minute workout.
The greatest thing about this location: The staff!!!! You won't find more encouraging people than Trevor, Derick, Austin and Brian! Great trainers that are dedicated to see you succeed.
I know, this is all words. Try their trial workouts then commit to at least 6 months. You will never work out over 20 minutes again, because it is a waste of time after you work out with the Exercise Coach.
