Coke machines filled with Powerade but no coke products in the soda variety. Fountain drink broke. Bring my own in the future and won’t support yiir concession. Others should bring their own too

Flew in from Arizona to attend my daughter’s tournament, and The Farmers Bank Fieldhouse did not disappoint. The space is massive but well organized plenty of room for players, coaches, and fans, with solid sightlines from every seat. It was incredibly clean, from the floors to the restrooms, which makes long days on your feet a lot easier.

Staff were friendly and efficient, parking was straightforward, and concessions kept lines moving. The vibe is practical and no-nonsense, just what you want for a tournament weekend. If you’re in town for hoops or volleyball, this fieldhouse is a solid, dependable choice. We’ll be back.

Easy to find. Great facility. The tournament however Did not have clear court numbers listed for those out of town. Also took some bleachers and chairs down early during last games. A little rude to make people stand for a game after paying so much to enter. It wouldn't have bothered me as much as the lady didn't even leave a chair for the elderly woman clearly needing to sit.

The facility itself is nice, but let’s address the outrageous prices on the concession stand. We’ve visited several field houses in Indiana, and this is by far the most expensive. A bottled water costs $4, and a soda costs $5, $7 for an iced Dunkin’ coffee. The list never ends. It’s simply ridiculous.

Avoid The Farmers Bank Fieldhouse – JVA Teams Deserve Better

If you’re considering attending a tournament at The Farmers Bank Fieldhouse—don’t. We’re here for the JVA “Indy Cup,” and it’s been nothing short of a disaster from the moment we pulled in.

Parking? Practically non-existent. Be prepared to either circle endlessly or risk a bogus parking ticket, which we narrowly dodged.

Bathrooms? Hope you don’t need one. The single bathroom was shut down due to backed-up plumbing, and we were literally told to drive down the street to a Flying J gas station. Yes, really.

Fire code violations? Take one look inside and you’ll wonder how this place isn’t already condemned. The facility is dangerously overcrowded, and it’s clear safety wasn’t part of the planning process.

Security and Concessions? Police were called because of an issue over the sewage so now the entire concession stand is shut down.

Tournament Management? The bracket hasn’t been updated, and we’re currently working two matches at once because no one is assigned to the other court. There is no trainer on site so God help the players if they get hurt. Our poor setter 😔

Lodging? Our hotel room (organized through the tournament) was flooded. We were moved to another room that reeked of something….which had just been vacated by a teammate. We were shuffled again. At least they apologized.

This place is a logistical and sanitary nightmare. Players, parents, and coaches all deserve better. JVA should seriously reconsider its relationship with this venue. Until major improvements are made, The Farmers Bank Fieldhouse should be crossed off any future tournament schedule.

Do yourself a favor: go literally anywhere else

There is adequate parking, the facility looks new, it is accomodating, and the location is ideal just off of I65. The bleachers sit low which makes them unusually uncomfortable.

I recently had the chance to visit the Farmers Bank Fieldhouse in Lebanon, Indiana, and I was thoroughly impressed. This place is truly a gem for athletes and sports lovers of all kinds. From the moment I stepped inside, I could tell it was designed with quality and versatility in mind. It’s massive—200,000 square feet—and packed with top-tier amenities.

One of the things I loved most was the pickleball area. There are 12 dedicated courts, and they’re kept in excellent condition. I ended up chatting with a few regulars, and they couldn’t stop raving about the leagues, clinics, and social mixers. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned player, there’s something for everyone. They also offer memberships that make it really easy to reserve court time without paying extra each time you play.

The basketball courts were another highlight. There are eight full hardwood courts, and the space can also be converted into 15 volleyball courts. I watched a GoTime Basketball practice while I was there—it’s their in-house youth development program—and I was impressed by the professionalism and skill development they offer. It’s clear that they’re committed to helping young athletes grow.

The indoor turf football field blew me away. It was designed by the same team that’s worked with Ohio State and the Baltimore Ravens, so the quality is next level. It’s a full-sized turf field with football-specific markings and safety netting around the entire space. I liked that they even have dividing curtains so multiple groups can use the space at once without interference.

Golf lovers will be thrilled with Ralphy’s Golf Simulators. I tried one out and got to virtually play some famous courses from around the world—it was so realistic. It’s all powered by TrackMan technology, and you can book private sessions. Definitely a great option if you want to work on your swing year-round.

Up on the mezzanine, there are pitching and hitting cages that are ideal for baseball and softball training. Each tunnel is fully turfed and comes with everything you need: L-screens, portable mounds, even batting tees. I also noticed a 50-seat classroom for film review and an awesome weight room with professional-grade flooring and equipment.

Even the parking stood out to me. The design of the lots and the overall flow of traffic made it incredibly easy to get in and out. That’s not something I usually think about, but it really made a difference. The Fieldhouse is part of the larger Hickory Junction development, which includes restaurants, retail, and other attractions, so it’s in a super convenient location right off I-65.

All in all, the Farmers Bank Fieldhouse exceeded my expectations. It’s not just a sports complex—it’s a community hub that brings people together and promotes healthy, active lifestyles. I can’t wait to go back.

Location is ok not much to eat around the area. Make sure you bring food with you to the gym… or you might go hungry!!!
The parking lot is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!
The drive way near the entrance is hardly wide enough to get a small minivan through during a tournament through to the parking area. Everyone has to go by the main entrance to enter the parking lot - less than ideal. Stop and go traffic continual…
So much space & fields around the area for parking yet it had so much congestion in the parking lots. For such a large venue, you would think they would think through the flow of traffic and the potential stop and go traffic during any kind of larger sized tournament.

I did like the idea of the loft area & concession area (extra open space) & the main court had enough space for sitting and watching -but the other courts did not. So 1 out of 8 is ok. And not enough space to run video at half court for two teams. Water was broken in women’s restroom sinks while I was there and no refill space for kids water bottles since that was broken too …
New venue &
Needs attention.

Poor entry and drop-off design. Facility needs to stop people from parking at the entry road and drop-off area. Creates a fire hazard during events
Street markings and signage needed!
No trash or cigarette cans at entry doors.
Restroom sinks do not work.
Court seating not properly designed for volleyball. Awful spectator seating
Water bottle filling machine does not work.
Facility ownership and management has really missed some big ones here

YOUR PARKING SUCKS. The restrooms have poor water. Kids were coming out of the bathrooms and washing their hands at the water fountains... This is a public health issue. They have a nice simulation zone upstairs for golf and an indoor softball field. 8 basketball courts make up the rest. Fix those sinks and get another exit or two. And stop letting people park along the entry road. Sheesh.

We came for a homeschool basketball tournament. Parking seemed adequate, but of course you may have to walk quite a distance. The facility is large and can be chilly, especially near the door. I thought it was much more pleasant to be in than the PAC where we have played previous years as it wasn’t so noisy although there are the same number of games happening at the same time. Bathrooms were large. I did see one bottle filling machine. There could be more.

Spent almost an entire day there in early Feb for a volleyball tournament. It was as if there was no heat turned on in the building. People, including myself, were wearing coats to stay warm. I saw many people wearing their hats & gloves, too. Plenty of people also wrapped in blankets.

The men's restroom (while quite clean!) has 2 banks of 3 sinks. 1 whole bank of sinks was inoperable. It's almost a brand spanking new building. (As an FYI - there's a poster outside the men's restroom advertising Hope Plumbing. Maybe they either need to call them back for a repair - or call another company to have them fix it. Because only having 3 sinks that "work" (hardly any water volume - and only cold water at that) is barely adequate. And there are only 3 hand dryers that I saw.

If you are there for a large event (like a Volleyball tournament) - unless you get there super early... Parking sucks. There isn't enough space. Literally. People were parking all over the grass / over the curbs. They apparently allow parking alongside the ingress/egress roads too. So then there's only 1.5 lanes' width to squeeze your way into and out of their already over-full parking lots. 2 large vehicles coming towards one another trying to pass is an exercise in spatial awareness to say the least.

(EDIT: I was back here again the very following weekend (sat & sun) after this review was posted. The heat was 100% much better, though it was just as cold, if not colder outside.

Worse: There was ZERO snow removal done in the parking lots even though there was 2-3-4-5 (drifting!) inches of fresh snow early Sunday AM. Zero plowing. Zero sidewalk clearing. Zero salting of walkways. Even by early afternoon there still hadn't been any attempt at salting or any kind of sidewalk snow removal.

I'm glad I'm not their insurance company. I can't imagine that would be a good look for them if someone would've slipped and fallen on the sidewalks.

Also - the ONE (yes, ONE) bottle filling station in the entire 200k sq ft building wasn't working on Sunday 2/16. How is it physically possible for a facility to want to host these kinds of events, with literally a few thousand people in attendance, to not have a few different bottle filling stations?

And still - only half the sinks in the men's restroom were still not working. And I even noticed a HUGE Hope Plumbing banner in the building in addition to the small Hope Plumbing poster near the restroom. I still don't know if this means that Hope did the plumbing that isn't working and I should stay away from them? Or maybe the operators of the Fieldhouse should call them to come and fix the stuff.

If I could I would give a rating of “0”. Absolutely the worst place for a volleyball tournament I have ever been to. Issues: lack of parking, no place to sit. Not every court had bleachers and there was not enough room to sit if you brought your own chairs. Ran out of most concessions by the 2nd morning, bathroom sinks had no running water. It seems like a big “money grab”. It’s like they try to get as many teams as possible, but there is no room for all the teams and everyone that wants to support said teams. If I were a club team I would not include any tournament that is scheduled there.

We were there yesterday for a volleyball tournament. Arrived at 6:50 and there were no lights on in the parking lot, completely dark, SAFETY ISSUE!!!! Very poor layout for the courts. The people on the end courts should not have to walk right through every court on there side to get to where they play. The restrooms are ridiculous, half the sinks in the men's restroom not working at all. The other half spit water for about a second. When you got soap on your hands you could barely get it off. So, no one was washing there hands. Another SAFETY CONCERN, especially this time of year. Very poor facility, for a brand new place.

Very nice facility. So much going on. But I won't go ago again until they figure out the parking situation. Very few handicap spots. But mainly, not enough spaces period. I was there 2/8 for a volleyball tournament. Was there at 7:40am and lots were full. Very poor planning. Thus the 3 vs 5 star rating.

The inside of this facility is nice. However, the outside leaves a lot to be desired. We have been here twice now for tournaments. The first time it had snowed the night before. There had been no clearing of the parking lot or sidewalks before everyone came. Yesterday the parking lot and sidewalks were surprisingly slick. I fell immediately upon taking one step out of my vehicle. There was no salt or sand down on any of the outdoor surfaces. Thankfully I was fine, but I was worried about all of the grandparents and older individuals that also attend these events. Not attending to the parking lot and sidewalks is a safety issue and needs to be improved before hosting the next event.

We attended a volleyball tournament yesterday at Farmers Bank Fieldhouse. It was a terrible experience from the very start. We arrived around 1:00 to find that traffic to enter the venue was backed up to I-65. After taking 30 minutes to just get into the lot, it took MORE THAN AN HOUR for my husband to circle the lot and find parking. Other parents from our same team were parking across the highway and walking a mile to get in. Clearly the venue was EXTREMELY overbooked for the day. I even called family members and told them not to come due to the dysfunctional parking situation. I’ve literally never seen anything like it.

In addition, there was zero seating for parents once we arrived at the volleyball court where our daughter was playing. We were not told this was even an option (that we would not have a place to sit). So our entire team‘s parents all had to sit on the concrete floor for several hours.

To pour salt in the wound, we stood in the concession stand line for 40 minutes only to find out the only thing they had left was the worst tasting, stale, old piece of pizza ever...not even edible.

And finally, my understanding is this building is pretty new… Maybe only a year or so. They have nowhere to fill a water bottle. It just seems obvious that should be available.

Awful experience!

Great indoor facility. Parking for club tournaments is lacking in the winter. Last winter volleyball club season was the facility 's first tournament and I gave them a pass. I know that a tournament is a large expense to each team, and as well to each spectator... the snow removal needs to be spot on. I feel sorry for anyone with mobility issues coming to support their athlete since the snow makes parking a bit of a free-for-all.

It is a big warehouse building. 8 basketball courts and several pickleball courts and a football area all indoors. Pretty average for these kinds of facilities. Part of the commercialization of kids sports. Seems like Lebanon is trying to add itself to the Hamilton county crescent! -1* for not taking cash (we're grandparents - we still like paper) and -1* for WAY overpriced refreshments ($4 for a fountain soft drink!?). -1 for just being pretentious.

Oh, yeah. The crew was taking apart some platforms during games, so equipment was being moved close to the court. Lots of sharp corners being carried around during play.

Very nice multi-use sports facility in Lebanon. The exterior is office building meets mega-warehouse. The interior is fresh, bright and functional. The parking lot situation is odd. There’s a very large unused open field in front of the complex, but the parking spaces are on either side of the building. Not an issue for athletes and guests, but be aware that there’s at least a hundred and fifty to two hundred yards walk to the main entrance. If someone has mobility concerns, consider a front drop off.

It’s an easy commute just off I-65. For west-siders, it’s definitely much easier travel than Finch Creek. Looking forward to attending more sporting events at this location.
