The Forge is a private strength based training facility. Turf, sand bags, Kettlebells (including the second biggest bell in the world 344lb),a variety of barbells, free weights and some machines. Great place to work out! At a typical gym, I never know what to do and if I’m doing right . Josh creates a personalized plan, and works with you to help to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. I also like that I have a set time to go to keep me accountable. Josh is professional and has a great thing going!

I've been working out with Josh since the beginning of the year. He keeps me accountable, always listens and has advise if I need to alter a movement and helped me find a stretch for my hip. I started out going once a week and now go 3 times a week. I can a huge difference in how I feel and others have noticed also! I look forward to my sessions!

I've been going for 2.5 years 3x a week. Josh is very knowledgeable and makes every workout different and challenging. He is dependable and organized. Always has my workout planned out before I come. Ive seen major improvement in my strength. He loves what he does! He has great equipment and a big space!

I have been going to Josh for training workout for about 2 years. It’s because of Josh I have “accountability”. If I were just working out at home or going to a gym, there are too many things that “get in the way” and I think….I’ll work out tomorrow. I HAVE to show up at The Forge because Josh has booked that time for me and has made a workout plan for me for that day. Otherwise, I would be letting him down and taking advantage of his valuable time. The other aspect I appreciate about Josh and The Forge…..every workout is different, personalized, and challenging. Josh takes the time to connect with each client, he knows their goals, as well as their strengths and weaknesses. Everyone who walks through the door is important to him.

Started off with going twice a week and quickly moved to 4-5 times a week. Instructor is well knowledgeable and able to team you up with a partner to cheer each other on or just one on one training. First time I’ve committed myself to a workout routine and have stuck with it. Highly recommend. Very Professional and Respectful.
