The Pillar Yoga & Wellness is truly a special place. Iβve been to many different yoga studios in FW, and this one really stands out! Rachael has created a safe space where all are welcome to heal, grow, and connect with themselves and others. Every time I take a class, I leave feeling restored and connected to myself in such a beautiful way. I canβt recommend The Pillar enough!!!

I love going to classes at The Pillar! Rachael has created such a safe container for inner work. Every event I have attended there has felt warm and welcoming. It's a great place to do yoga or attend other wellness activities. Highly recommend!

Loved the Blended Flow class! I went in feeling stressed and overwhelmed and came out of the class feeling calm and present in my body. The vibe was wonderful and I loved that Rachael gave scientific informational tid-bits during some of the movements. It felt nice to be given the "why" behind some of the movements. Will definitely be going back!

I have attended several events at The Pillar and continue returning because Rachel proves to be knowledgeable in yoga philosophy and the physical body as she address both in her class. Rachel cues me to move my body in ways to release tension. Nothing exotic in the poses, no stress here. Rachel is a perfect guide to teach me how to use my breath, and to find kindness and compassion in my body, offering variations, props, and modifications for me to soften and exhale stress. Adding her soft voice in relaxation adds to moments of mindful meditation. I see Rachel passionate in her work here. I highly recommend taking one of Rachelβs classes. I am currently registered in The Care Team Teacher Class at The Pillar.

I recently attended a yoga class, and I can confidently say it was an amazing experience! The instructor, Rachel, was incredibly welcoming and supportive. She took the time to clearly explain each pose and provided modifications for all levels, ensuring that everyone felt comfortable. The facility is cozy, and I felt a calmness as I entered the room. Everything was clean and I did not have to bring anything to participate in the Breathworks class. My daughter and I have done 2 classes with Pillar Yoga. It was great. They had everything we needed. I went into the restorative class with back and leg pain. When I left I felt so much better. A very positive experience.
