We went to up4movement and did the workout dance class with Carlie for my sister's bachelorette party. My sister is very active and loves to work out so happy we found this place. I was worried how dance class would go! If it would be fun for everyone and if everyone would be able to do it. Carli was able to teach the dance and also provided modified versions. She added my sister's favorite song currently as the last song and she about died. The class was so fun!! EVERY SINGLE girl raved about it and said they would 1000% do it again. So happy we went and thanks so much to Carlie for being so incredible from start to finish. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Love that I finally found the right gym at up4movement. A Happy and welcoming space no matter what your level is and they are always adding more interesting classes all the time. Katrina the owner is so sweet, while also always pushing me to get better which I love. Olga is a hoot and super energetic and motivating in spin classes. I LOVE that they recently added yoga to the rotation. Christie is such a gem and her classes are great. Good tunes, good vibes, good energy all around! Also love that the classes are 45 minutes!

I’ve been to 5 cycling classes here. Spencer, Olga, and Katrina are all great instructors. Everyone is welcoming and very nice. I feel so rejuvenated after I leave class! This place is definitely a hidden gem!

I have been doing personal training with Spencer at up4movement for a year and a half and it has enhanced my life greatly and is worth every penny. I am so thankful I found this place and feel the best and strongest I’ve ever felt. Also the environment is so much cozier than any gym I’ve ever been to! Check this place out, it is a hidden gem.

I can’t speak highly enough about Katrina and her team.

I began my weekly personal strength training sessions with Katrina in June, 2022.

I recall feeling a mental boost almost immediately, despite the constant muscle soreness in those early days.

Gradually, I felt my body getting stronger and leaner and I naturally started gravitating towards a diet higher in protein and “whole” foods.

By December of 2022, I was down 12 lbs without stressing or really even thinking about my weight.

By late March of 2023 I was down a total 30 lbs.

One year later, I’ve continued my weekly strength training sessions and have maintained this baseline.

As someone in her mid 40’s, I never thought I’d see these kind of results and feel so freaking good in the process!

Up4Movement is where it’s at!

(Now it just needs 2 turn tables and a microphone. 😉)

Up4Movement and Kelly have literally changed my life the last 6 months. I am down about 15+ lbs and feeling the strongest I have in a long time (more progress to make!) Kelly’s workouts are always challenging, targeted to my needs, but somehow still fun? She really focuses on my form and is the most encouraging trainer I have ever worked with. Her positivity forces you to make the most of your time there. I added the nutrition coaching a few months ago, and the combo of the 2 (PT & nutrition) got me the results I wanted. Kelly has held me accountable on what I am using to fuel my body and I couldn’t be more thankful. Sessions with Katrina are the light of my week! I've been going to her now for 4 months and have seen SO much progress. She brings great energy and knowledge to working out so you can leave feeling your happiest and most confident.

A few of my favorite things about our sessions are the variety of workouts (you'll never be bored and the hour will FLY by), fun music to motivate you, and Katrina's commitment to helping you do exercises with good form.
