Our family had a wonderful experience at Victory Gymnastics when we were in Gym A. The instructor there was hands on, attentive, and made sure every child understood what they were doing. It was organized, supportive, and truly enjoyable.
Unfortunately, once my child aged out of Gym A and moved into the larger gym, the experience changed drastically. The coaching felt disengaged, and it often seemed like the instructor was just going through the motions. Some kids were clearly struggling with certain skills, yet there was little to no follow up or extra guidance.
At the start of the new season, my child as the youngest (was still 4 when she started) wasn’t given any direction on where to go or what to do. Because of this lack of guidance, she ended up in unsafe situations. She was kicked in the head by the oldest group, and later almost kicked again by an older group practicing flips on the bars. After that, it was clear that something was seriously wrong with the supervision and organization. I brought this to staff, and while things improved for one session, it quickly went back to my child being expected to “figure it out,” even though she had never been properly introduced to the new layout or routines.
My child normally learns quickly, but without proper instruction, the experience became frustrating and at times unsafe. I was honestly relieved when the season ended, because based on our time in the older kids’ gym, I cannot recommend this facility.
The environment itself also left a lot to be desired. The equipment is noticeably run down, with several mats literally busted and falling apart. The front desk staff often acted inconvenienced by basic customer questions, frequently staying on their phones and creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. On top of that, the gym has a very strong, unpleasant odor like a mix of wet dog and a sweaty locker room that clung to our clothes and often required us to shower afterward.
There was also no communication between the two gyms regarding makeup lessons, which placed Gym A in a difficult position because they were already at capacity.
I know this gym receives many high ratings, and I can understand why. Our experience in Gym A truly was excellent. But based on our time in the larger gym, I genuinely wonder if those reviews reflect Gym A alone and not the entire facility.

Staff in the main building is getting ruder and they're constantly on their phones. I asked an easy question and was mocked for not checking online when I walked away. I didn't want to check online when it takes 30 seconds to ask and get an answer. Sorry I made you pull your face off of your screen.
