Whitestown Athletic Club is opening this December in a brand-new facility right here in Whitestown, IN.
Construction has taken a little longer than expected due to final utility connections, but we’re almost ready — and we couldn’t be more excited to start coaching this community.

R&T CrossFit is top-notch — the equipment is high quality, super clean, and well-maintained. They use Mayhem programming, which I love for its structure and challenge.
The community here is incredibly welcoming and Joel is one of the best coaches I’ve ever had. He’s extremely intentional with his corrections and offers clear, effective cues that actually help you improve your movement. His coaching style is both supportive and technical — exactly what you want in a CrossFit coach.

I’ve had classes with Coach Joel and Coach Sara, and they are both excellent! They actively coach and make sure you’re moving correctly. Classes are not huge, and The atmosphere so positive. I have felt more confident in lifting heavier and trying things I was previously too afraid to try. Their nutrition planning is also wonderful! They will get you where you want to be. I have been on an incredible weight loss journey over the past three years, losing 150 pounds through diet, exercise and sheer will (and still going!). It all started with daily walks in 2022, followed by two years of working out in a large group fitness format. At the end of 2024, I decided to evolve my fitness journey and challenge myself in new ways by joining R&T CrossFit—and it’s been a game-changer.
In just one month at R&T, I’ve achieved milestones I quite frankly have never considered for myself. For the first time ever, I have been able to do box jumps. My squats, burpees and lunges are drastically improving, and I feel stronger and more confident when I move my body. I have lost five pounds in my first 30 days (even over the holidays!) after struggling with plateauing in the Summer / Fall. These wins may seem small, but they’re monumental to me—and it’s all thanks to the incredible individual coaching and supportive environment at R&T.
What sets R&T CrossFit apart is their genuine focus on helping each person become their strongest self. The coaches are attentive, tailoring exercises to your level of fitness, and they take the time to teach proper form—something I didn’t realize I was missing after years in larger group fitness classes. The atmosphere is unmatched: friendly people, hard work, and an emphasis on celebrating wins, no matter how big or small.

This might be the most amazing gym experience I've ever had! Each class offers something unique, and there's always something fresh to look forward to. The best Gym/Box I have worked out at, in the last 12 years I have been doing CrossFit. Coach Joel is very confident but humble, attentive and very knowledgeable. I normally work out in the open gym time-slot on my own he still finds the time to teach and correct my mistakes I recommend this box to all that want to follow a healthy lifestyle and stay fit till there old age.

Great community to be apart of!
Joel is always very helpful and patient when assisting new members and growing the seasoned athletes. Gyms are hard to find and stick with but R&T is always welcoming and encouraging to keep coming back. As a member for 2 years I not only have increased my fitness, improved my health but I also enjoy coming and working out in the fun environment!
CrossFit is the only workout I’ve been able to stick with. Having the coach assist and teach from warm up to cool down is what I like the most.

The entire class he was attentive, caring, knowledgeable, thorough, and kind.The space is open and very big. Clean from top to bottom. Coach Joel started training me a couple summers ago during the summers. While training I have noticed my speed and stamina on the ice have really improved. The strength workouts have been perfect to build the appropriate muscles to help improve my skating and skills on the ice.
