I started going to Wildwood in August. Started with their Learn Pickleball Fast class with Mike & Alex. Great instructors. This class is a great option for anyone wanting to learn pickleball at an accelerated speed. Includes free membership during the class. I ended up joining once my class ended. I enjoy playing there. They have indoor and outdoor courts plus a gym to use. It is a fun atmosphere and I spend a lot of my free time here.

I love Wildwood! The facility and the staff are amazing! Alex and Mike Carpenter are the best. They are so professional, knowledgeable and caring. My grandson is thriving and learning pickleball so quickly from Alex. She is an amazing teacher! Mike has helped me to elevate my pickleball game tremendously as well in my lessons with him. I love being able to use what I learn from them in league play at Wildwood. Fort Wayne is very fortunate to have Wildwood Racquet Club!

I’m so impressed with the pickleball program at Wildwood! Mike is an amazing coach and director who has elevated my game and my confidence so much. Alex is equally talented and has the patience to make me never lose hope when I have an off day! The number of classes available has increased, the number of playing opportunities is great, and the connections I’ve made there have extended beyond the court. It’s such a fun, friendly and comfortable learning environment that’s been a real joy for me to be a part of it. Highly recommend Wildwood pickleball!!

Taking a couple stars off my review— what exactly are your hours? Got up early on a Sunday morning to play… been here for a half hour and nobody is here (3rd or 4th time someone’s been late to open). Trying to check hours and can’t find anything online on your Facebook page. Apple Maps says you opened at 7am which is what everyone in our group thought. Google Maps says you are closed?? Giving it 5 minutes and then heading to Ace. 😞

Wildwood is a fantastic place to play and take lessons. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful whatever your need. The facility has recently been renovated with significant improvements including the addition of several permanent pickleball courts. Spectator seating on weekends gets filled quickly due to the popularity of tournaments held at this facility, but I understand additional seating is in the works. There are many programs for all ages and skill levels taught by encouraging and skilled tennis pros. If you are looking for a place you can play and learn year round, this is the place to go!

Wildwood Racquet Club is the best place to play tennis in Fort Wayne! The courts are always in great shape, the coaches are awesome, and the atmosphere is super friendly. They’ve got fun leagues, great events, and everything you need right there. Definitely worth checking out!

Terrible running of junior tennis during the pandemic. Many kids got kicked out from being there 2 minutes after their match ended despite social distancing, yet people ate inside with no masks. Have no business running high level tournaments. Very unprofessional.

It is great to have and open up the facility for kids to play tennis. As a spectator though, the view areas are limited, cutoff some full court views, and you mostly have to stand to watch a match.

Great place lots of indoor courts, for tennis fans, as well as few outdoor courts. Membership fees is very reasonable as well, you can borrow a racquet if you need one. Family friendly and relaxed environment
