Gym is fine, tanning beds are very weak tho. The issue is with canceling… they make it nearly impossible to cancel. I was told over the phone all I had to do was email my account number, name and they would cancel. Nope. They send you another email to go to a website and register, then you can cancel after you pay an additional fee… this email ended up in my junk folder conveniently, but thankfully I check it regularly so I found it in time. Would not recommend!!!!

Very predatory business. Very much a back and forth game to cancel your membership. "Call back in 3 months and you should be able to make your membership not recurring." No accounts in their website. Good gym great price.
They have a complex and interesting method to cancel. Their system keeps taking money out of your account and automatically updates to your new credit card once the old one is expired. In my case this resulted in me paying for 2 years that I wasnt there. Yes it's my fault. They don't provide the best info for cancelling and unless you really pursue. I didn't even know that I wasn't canceled because I signed up for the one year contract and I thought it would run out in its own. Turns out they keep updating it automatically and if your not noticing the $10 leaving your account every month then they will keep pulling it. What they are doing is perfectly legal and any problems would be your fault. There are so many complaints on this issue on these reviews and they don't seem to want to change their policy.
Makes me feel like they know what they are doing.

My ex signed us up with this gym using me as primary and my bank account info. I understand we were locked into a 1 year contract so even though I didn’t use the membership and I was no longer with him I still had to pay until the contract ended at the end on 2022. Jan 2, 2023 I went in to cancel. I was told cancellations are done through text so I texted. I was then provided and email address so I emailed. They continued to take money from my account monthly. I complained in March about the bill and not having been told that the email I sent wasn’t enough. I repeatedly asked them to cancel and refund me the money. I was directed to a website where they now said I had to cancel the membership. I tried. They stopped responding months ago and I went to my bank disputing the charges. I was told I needed to cancel my debit card because it was the only way. My debit card was canceled but that didn’t stop them. They have been billing me and calling me about my “past due balance.” I called back today and got a 3rd party. I explained my problem. I explained every step I went through and was sent a link to their website which said I had to register. I tried to register multiple times using my account number and name. Each time the error message changed. Wrong account number then wrong last name then wrong first name. This business is scamming people. I have now paid for nearly 2 years of a membership that I used 2-3 times in 2021 and I’m paying for a man that I haven’t been with in over a year. I have expressed my frustration and requested a full refund for all money they took from me in 2023 ($298) including another yearly member fee. This gym can clearly see the membership hasn’t been used and I know that they have notes on my account in the gym. I have once again made my frustrations known and requested a refund. They are still sending me in circles. Once I threatened to take negative action against them they stopped responding.

Cancellation is expensive and nearly impossible if you no longer live in the area, they never even pick up the phones to answer their calls.

You also may notice the manager's responses to reviews saying it takes 5 minutes online or by phone when they will just bounce you back and forth between the two non-functional services.

The staff here will set you up for jail if possible. Luckily for me I'm a professional driver. All of their equipment that they have, my coworkers and I have definitely helped put into place for this business to run. I have simply walked inside to use the restroom and wash my baby's bottles. I made sure to ask the representative there and was given permission to do so. But now after 10 minutes of being in the bathroom, I'm being threatened with cops over what I was ok'ed to do? Interesting. Glad planet fitness will be taking over that area. Especially if you think as a man, you're allowed to watch women in the women's room in the 1st place. Definitely seeing you guys in court for that. Thanks.

If I could give this gym 0 stars I would. The manager, Michael, offered me personal contact information of a past employee in case I wanted to call said employee and “chew him out” for not giving me proper information when enrolling me with my membership. On top of not being made verbally aware of these extra fees, the owner was incredibly condescending and disrespectful. A lot of the workout anytime staff at this location are females, and if he’s willing to give out personal contact information of employees, he could be putting his employees safety at risk. On top of him being unprofessional and disrespectful, he promised to cancel my account on July 12th then proceeded to wait until August 13th to follow through, which led to me being charged for another month. Listen to every bad review on this gym, because the people talking about charges they were not made aware of are not lying. Mike also promised to cancel my membership free of charge if I did not publicly taint their image, and when I did say something about leaving a bad review he said “I’m just trying to be nice by canceling your account, but I really don’t need to do that if you’re just gonna tell people about this.” So you’re concerned I’m going to tell people the truth about the gym? That says a lot. Do not waste your time at this establishment. The only upside is I have not encountered a single rude employee. Every employee I’ve conversed with (sometimes in tears as this gym led to me over drafting more than once) was so kind and patient. I hope they can work for a different owner, as Mike is not deserving of running this establishment.
I’d also like to add the owner is very unprocessed it comes to making phone calls or answering emails. I had to wait over a week to hear back the first time I reached out.

Nice gym and equipment. However, if you plan on cancelling your membership after the contract expires they will give you the run around. In my case they continued to bill me for 6 months until they refunded about half of what I paid. After my membership was cancelled, they continued to bill me for a lower amount!! customer service is horrible. I've emailed and called this establishment multiple times and have waited over weeks time for responses.

This place is a great gym if rating it's equipment, and the staff is really friendly and very helpful. The major complaint that I have with it, is that the tanning beds are too weak. They go too long before changing the bulbs and they only allow 15 minute sessions. 15 minutes would be plenty enough time to develop a decent tan over a period of time, IF the bulbs were new and working at full capacity. As it is now, there isn't any tanning lotion that can make up for the weak bulbs, so you basically just get a bit warm and then you're out. I took out a membership specifically for the use of the tanning beds and I feel as though it wasn't worth it.

I’ve been kind of a gym hopper since I started getting into fitness about 5 years ago... I’ve gone to the YMCA, Planet Fitness, and Anytime Fitness. This gym by far is my favorite one yet. I paid $30+ for myself at the Y to try to squeeze in during their limited hours... $10 at Planet Fitness for their staff to be awfully judgmental for being a “judgement free zone”... and almost $40 at Anytime Fitness (in Warsaw) for very little equipment and machines that were always out of order. I now pay about $35-$40 for a PREMIUM membership with both my boyfriend and I on it, at Workout Anytime! A DEAL if you ask me. :) There is a plethora of equipment, a good sized free weights area, a good amount of cardio machines (I rarely have to wait to get my run or stair stepper in), a friendly staff, and a great community of fitness junkies like myself! I’ve been working out here for a year and this gym has allowed me to step out of my comfort zone and push my workouts to the next level. I’m so happy with my results from coming here so far. Only con is I wish tanning were 24hr access like it is at Anytime Fitness... I never have time to get in after my workday :(

I signed up a year ago with a friend of mine to make it cheaper. When we used it it was great. Covid hit and they didn’t take money out since they where closed which is nice. Great gym great staff.
Edit: come to find out it was an issue with my card. I’m still canceling because my work offers a gym for free. I think the owner or manager called me and explained everything. Super nice super great gym 100% recommend.

This facility has a lot to offer! From a great staff, to a variety of equipment and hours of operation. I can manage to find the time and the equipment to workout with, even at the lower-cost membership. The option to have personal training sessions are definitely an added bonus to this gym, especially when comparing to the competition. I appreciate the knowledge and experience that Marcos has...it has definitely contributed to my success and personal goals so far.

Great place to workout if you come at the right time. It can get pretty packed at peak hours which can be irritating. Facilities seem really clean and well maintained. Staff always seems friendly and helpful. The only thing I miss compared to other gyms I've been to are having TVs on each piece of cardio equipment. Way more of a pain than it should be to change channels and listen to tv.

Gyms are supposed to relieve stress not add it!! Customer service reps. are late arriving and leave before close of business hours and they make it impossible if you want to cancel your membership!! FYI...If you are considering changing gyms/cancelling --> Complete the form while you are at the gym w/ a rep present!! I tried cancelling for 4months until I had to literally create my own cancellation form and still receive calls and emails from them. They definitely need better customer service practices; Maybe offer to email or even mail the cancellation form and stop trying to charge people money they don't deserve! Poor customer service

The only option I was given was to lower my membership. This is my whole point of frustration with your business - poor customer service! You want money any way possible which says terrible things about your establishment and your members deserve to know, hopefully to avoid this type of service for anyone else.
5) My initial phone call to request cancellation was actually 6/26/2017 at 9:08am so it was actually longer!

Great gym for a beginner but not so much for experienced lifters. They don't have an Olympic platform and they don't want you throwing weights around, obviously... so you're kind of constrained in that sense. They really only have one of every machine and only one bench and squat rack. The place is really small but they pack a lot in there. Overall the equipment is pretty nice, and the facility is super clean. I think you get a lot of bang for you buck here. 5 stars once they get an Olympic platform and exchange some silly machines for another bench or squat rack.

I had been searching for a gym since moving to the area 1.5 years ago, and was not impressed with the options in or around Warsaw. That is, until I discovered Workout Anytime.

Nice, caring and knowledgeable staff who always greet you with a smile. Trainers are always available to help you with understanding how the equipment works. They are also available for personal training at a reasonable fee. Nice weight and cardio equipment and plenty of it, big screen televisions, nice locker rooms that have plenty of lockers and 2 showers. A vending machine is also available for your protein and pre-workout drinks. The tanning beds are top of the line and the hydro-massage table will blow your socks off...well, not really, but close! It is amazing! You can't beat the price of this facility either. 24 hours a day is very convenient for my busy schedule as a local business owner at Matthews Painting Company.

Love the equipment and staff have been very helpful. They have lots of equipment, and I have never had to wait for anything I've wanted to use. I like the fact that you have the ability to workout, tan, and use the Hydro bed, all at one location. There are only two things I dont like and I think both will be fixed in the future. One, they did not have music or television in the gym. However, the last time I went I saw they had installed one TV. Second, there are not nearly enough cleansing bottles and towels for us to use when find with the equipment. I really think there should be more so people get the hint to use them. It's awesome that it's a 24 hour access, and they've installed a video camera so you can feel safe working out at night. The cost is very reasonable, and I would highly recommend anyone to join!

I joined as a premium member the minute the announcement was made on FB you were coming to Warsaw. I'm on my 2nd full week of working out and I absolutely LOVE it here. I've told every single person I can think of about it (REFERRED MANY actually).......stood in the parking lot talking to 2 total strangers yesterday (husband & wife) who I believe came in and joined after talking with me even - spoke with a lady in there yesterday who said she's never felt comfortable in a workout place EVER that she's been too and after chatting for about 5 minutes she indicated how much she enjoyed being there for THIS very reason - feeling so comfortable just talking with a total stranger about the equipment and the progress). It's a great environment that doesn't make you feel 'out of place - or like you don't belong' like many "OTHER" workout facilities in Warsaw (how ironic that someone would make fun of you or make you feel out of place for being overweight and coming to a gym to get in shape?" Well not here.......it's very open and tons of equipment so you are never waiting to get on something,..The staff is friendly and helpful......LOVE the idea of 24 hour - I think that's why it's not overly packed at any certain time because everyone can come & go at ALL times. IF you haven't checked it out - PLEASE do so. I strongly urge you to stop in and let the staff show you around. I'm POSITIVE your experience will be a good one and you will want to keep coming back. That's the REAL key to a successful workout facility - the fee can be as low as ever but if you aren't happy or comfortable with the environment you will NOT return....I have talked and talked about this place - and how I have several pieces of equipment in my own home and have joined 'other' places and went once or twice and stopped.......NOT HERE......I am working out 3 days a week and feeling better than I have in YEARS - I know the weight will come off and I will reach my goals.........and I thank WORKOUT ANYTIME for helping me on this journey!!!!
