Mindful movement, breathing and meditation for beginners to advanced students. Zoe's style of teaching emphasizes individualized application of yoga poses, breathwork, meditation and other tools to help her students feel their best. Zoe teaches weekly group classes, as well as special-interest and therapeutic workshops, teacher training, and private lessons. Zoe is also a licensed massage therapist.

I always feel so comfortable and confident at Bliss Yoga. I am usually one who is self-conscious and awkward doing anything physical with others. I don't feel that at all here! The instructors are all very caring and giving. I never fail to be better, in lots of ways, when I complete my time at Bliss.
It is a blessing to me to be able to practice at Bliss Yoga.
