Wonderful space with THE best instructors you can find. I took the 200 hour yoga teacher training with Michelle and had a fantastic experience. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to dig deep and find great community.

I really enjoy coming to this studio, So far, I really like all the instructors and enjoy the variety of classes offered. Great for all levels of experience. I'm a big fan of yin classes, and they are harder to find.
