Zokawa The Center of Happiness (River Lin) has changed my life for the better. I was seeking help to find my happiness after I retired from a stressful job. Zokawa has so many things to offer. I go to yoga regularly now and my body and mind feel so alive after each practice. I also, do pranic healing with River and this practice has been able to help me focus on my positive energy. I have attended some of the workshops that have been offered by Zokawa. the tools I have gotten to be able to improve my positivity have been awesome. With the great atmosphere, new friends and the positivity, happiness I have in my life now I would highly suggest Zokawa The Center of Happiness (River Lin) become a part of your life.

I started practicing yoga online with some regularity during Covid. It was a start. But then I came across Zokawa and yoga with River! This took my experience from just exercise to full impact on life! From River, I have learned that yoga is a full body and mind exercise. I have learned the benefits of breathing which may sound insignificant but is far from that. I now use this skill in every day life from stress, to sleep, to relaxing, to energizing. I have learned the power of meditating and focusing to accomplish things I never knew possible, like doing the splits! I have realized however that yoga isn't just about doing the splits or a headstand or even touching all the way to the floor. I now know that the whole practice of yoga, when guided by someone as knowledgeable and caring as River, is all about being the best you can be at this time. River has taught me that yoga is a practice and that accomplishment is unique to each individual. She often reminds me of the time I expressed a thought out-loud during class after having tried but didn't get a particular pose. I said to myself, "That's ok. It will be better next time." And now I know that it will be because with yoga I am ever growing and improving. Yoga is about seeing myself empowered and being more fit than ever been in my life!

Zokawa offers a wide variety of yoga classes that have become part of my daily afternoon routine to keep my mind and body in shape. I am always amazed at River's ability to know exactly what our bodies are feeling in a particular pose as she cues and coaches us throughout our practice. Zokawa members come together to practice yoga, but we are also a circle of friends who enjoy and care about each other socially, which is an important part of total wellness.

The doctor who interpreted my bone density test was surprised that my osteopenia condition has actually improved since the last test. She said βHowβd that happen?β I simply said, βYoga.β Doctors are slow to catch on that yoga improves health. Iβm 73 and feel 43. River Lin is my Yin Yoga teacher at Zokawa, and I try never to miss. She is great, and my body is the beneficiary.

River Lin's Zokawa's Center for Happiness has improved the quality of my life. I've participated in life coaching which involved setting a vision and goals to develop a personal legacy. She has developed a supportive community of fellow "yogis" and provides variety of yoga classes. Finally, numerous special events such as the Broken Bowl, Sound Bath, Paint-a-mat are superb offerings at Zokawa.

I have been working with River at Zokawa for approximately four months taking yoga classes, some private yoga sessions, as well as the New Year personal goal setting event. Prior to this, I had zero experience with yoga, but have noticed a significant change for the better in the strength and flexibility of my body since I started working with her. Aside from those benefits, these activities are some of the few things that helps to calm my mind as I struggle with extreme bouts of anxiety.
River creates a safe, fun, welcoming, and affirming space for her students. All of these qualities combined with her extensive knowledge provide a wonderful resource for people to gain a new connection between their mind and body.

Zokawa is the place to be either in person or virtually. I just finished Vision and Goals with River. I recommend this course for everyone no matter where you are at in life. Get clear on what you want, how you want to be and bring the future to your present.

I have had the most fantastic experience with River! I was having a terrible issue with a bad lower back and severe bursitis in my hips. Her stretching, manipulation and knowledge of my body has left me rejuvenated and I feel better than I have in years! I canβt wait to go back and am planning to see her several times a week. No drugs, no chiropractic, all you need is River!
